@heyheyhey97 First thanks for the videos you do the best working us through. I have a question if you get a moment. My ohms is 6.8 down to 1.8 when I press the peddle. It was 7.3 but I replaced the mcor . I suppose that means the controller is shot.
@6:30 of the video. I have battery voltage in but nothing out. The small red I get battery volt when I hit the pedal. And the homes between the yellow and green is over 6k about 6.3k and it drops to about 1.3 or so.
Great video. How can I test my v-glide? I have a 94 club card DS that has the controller and v-glide. When I push on the gas, it’ll do about 15 miles an hour then if I let off and push down the gas again it does about 22. They said the glide was bad so I bought a new one. It’s part number 1012016. I just hooked it up and now the cart doesn’t move at all. How can I test for this problem?
I checked and the wiper and it does go all the way up. I hooked up the old v-glide because I knew that one worked. After I hooked up the old one the cart still doesn’t move. I don’t know what happened.
Hey bud, I got an 04 CC DS that won't go in reverse. When I checked the ohm's, in forward it goes 5-0, in reverse is starts at around 10 and drops to 5. When I jump the green and white wires off the reverse micro switch, it goes forwards and backwards, and when I switch the forward and reverse cables on the back of the FNR switch, it'll go backwards, but not forward. Any idea what would cause that?
@budlightninja4167 on the green and white wire the white wire has a resistor tied into it then it goes into a black wire. Do away with the resistor if the solenoid does click in reverse. That’s why you have a high ohm reading. I just do away with them. all it does is halve speed for reverse.
Does the key switch make it won't charge too? Clubcar ds 48v has power to lights, horn, turn signals but no power to meter on dash and charger doesn't charge when plugged in.
@cpfans90 no it won't run, I took it for a ride like normal and when I got home put it on charge but didn't notice it it started charging or not, hour later I hopped on it to take my puppy for a short ride and it won't go. Check voltage at the batteries shows 50.8 volts as always.
If the golf cart won’t run. The charger won’t come on. Open your charger up and hook the two wires on the relay together. And your charger will start charging
@cpfans90 but that's not going to fix the golfcart, batteries are fully charged 50.8 volts, when I turn key switch on I have no power at the voltage gage and no clicking when I step on the go peddle, I'm resetting the obc (on board computer) now as I'm typing this
@@rnull2237 okay so the cart does have voltage. You can bypass the obc I will send you a link in this description. On how to by pass it to see if it’s bad.
