Plug in any of the port to charge. Two are given just to make it look like the exhaust of UFO. Both are working and plugging in any of the port will charge the case.

Plugged it for charging and check the battery level of case after an hour. If it increases from two arrow to more, then it’s fine.

Sometimes it depends on the ear canal size and how much longer one uses buds. I find Boult UFO quite comfortable.
