I'm currently laying in bed with them snuggled up and crying tears of joy and gratitude.(this meditation definitely activates those feelings for me.) Tumeric is a spice and is also sold in the form of a capsule and has been credited with having better anti-depression properties, effects and benefits better than prozak...And then Super B Complex has been recommended to patients as an all natural anti anxiety medication for years. My buddy was recommended that as an option instead of some psych med. Escutei antes de dormir, e incrívelmente durante o tempo de escuta, senti muitas vibrações, eu tremia,e sentia o corpo quente,até o momento em que perdi a consciência, acordei no final do vídeo. E só então senti que fui dormir, e que estava em minha cama.
Acordei mais cedo do que de costume, e lembrei do meu sonho.
Sonhei que via uma prima minha muito querida, morta. E que eu precisa avisar a minha tia, mas era muito angustiante, eu chorava muito.... Pois sentia a dor da minha tia.... Enfim, acordei com o coração acelerado, mas logo após me deu um sentimento de paz e gratidão.
Procurei o significado do sonho, e em todos, o significado era o mesmo, a morte simbolizou, o fim de um ciclo, o fim do ciclo de medo, de angústia, de autosSabotagem da procastinação.
Eu estou pronta para o meu novo ciclo, de plenitude, prosperidade, abundância, felicidades e propósitos....

Que frequência fantástica. Com meia hora de meditação acessei um lugar de amor e perdão muito forte. Baixei minhas barreiras, desci do topo e por um instante parei de julgar e vibrar somente na frequência do amor e do perdão. E a medida que acessava essa energia eu dizia : "Divino Criador, pai, mãe , todos em um ... limpa em mim todas as memórias e sentimentos de raiva, incompreensão, julgamento que compartilho com ... SINTO MUITO, ME PERDOE, EU TE AMO, SOU GRATA" ... fui repetindo a frase de Ho'oponopono e enviando uma luz rosa que saia do meu coração em direção ao coração da pessoa em questão, e quanto mais eu dizia o decreto de Ho'oponopono, mais luz com a frequência do amor e perdão, eu enviava pra essa pessoa em questão. Chorei muito durante o processo de limpeza de memórias. No final da minha meditação senti meu coração muito leve e uma grande sensação de paz e amor.
Gratidão por essa frequência tão poderosa que me trouxe essa forte consciência junto com as energias do amor e do perdão. Toda luz desse mundo a você que me trouxe essa oportunidade de ir tão profundo. I listened to this last night for about 45 minutes before I went to sleep (I can never fall asleep while these are still playing for some reason). I have vivid dreams every single night but last night I had a very intense vivid dream that was like a deja vu dream...while in the dream I seemed to remember that I had been in the same dream before and what I was doing was very familiar. It had been a while since I had dreamed this also or so I thought. From the time I woke up until now, I can’t figure out if I had dreamed it before last night? I also woke up feeling so good and had crazy energy today - thank you for this, it seems to be the best one I’ve found so far 💤💤💤

I don't consider myself vegan. however, I don't eat beef, pork often ever since . because I like fish. but after I awakened my KUNDALINI I eat less fish. I think once a wk or maybe once a month.
like right now we are in a quarantine stage.
I eat once a day (salad, 2 slice bread, soy milk sometime espresso.) usually no rice
then the rest of the day I drink water only. total 2Liter. (o^ー^o)(o^ー^o)
