I’ve been thinking about this since my Ghost Adventure watching days. Yeah why not do at least one episode where the guys go in blind, then afterward they compare notes to the research team. Hi Watcher team! To answer your question about the "clutched pearl" look of the mugshots at 29:19. That was a common way to capture any birthmarks, tattoos, missing digits, or other identifying marks on the criminals hands.
Depends on the layout. They're in a wooden building in a cold, damp climate. If one room is closer to the outside of the building, it would make sense for the wood there to pop and creak more than it would in a more interior room that would be at least slightly more insulated from the changing temperature as the day fully settles into night. Also, as they've pointed out in the debriefs before, we're seeing an edit of many, many hours of investigation, during most of which nothing happens. The actual events and their proximity to one another may not be as time-compressed as we see it. It's possible that, by the time they switch rooms, swap out batteries, set up their shots, and resume filming, the temperature has stabilized a little and the frequency of pops and creaks in the old wood has gone down.
@@johnplaysgames3120 it's also possible that it's a heating system set to temperature regulate and is only making noises every so often because, as you mentioned, wood be wooding. It seems they got noises for a bit and then it stopped for a bit and then it came back again?
Man this season has some wild places. You know it's a good one when Shane is left sitting in the dark laughing because the building just won't be silent for five seconds. One of those easily dismissed 'old wood building' until 20 minutes later it's dead silent in both areas. Who would have thought the spookier place would be the nice building above the creepy gaol tunnels?
The thing about old buildings is they're so easily affected by temperature changes. The temperature changes a couple degrees inside, which is perfectly possible in 20 minutes? Bangs, knocks, creaks galore. My house was only built in the 70s but it's super creaky, but only when the temperature is changing. It's perfectly possible that the temperature was rising or falling when Shane was doing his solo, meaning it was very creaky where both Ryan and Shane were. 20 minutes later the temperature has equalised, no more knocks. That's far more plausible than 'oh well the ghost just left'.
@@Marzi29 could very well be the heating system of the building causing the knocking also, both of the wooden rooms that I'm assuming are close to each other likely share the same piping which would explain why they both heard similar noises in both rooms at the same time, but not during Ryan's solo investigation from the heating system being on/off. Another comment said the noises could be from a steam/hot water system, which ik is more common in the UK and older buildings and makes a similar clunking noise.
I believe in ghosts for a ton of personal reasons. The thing I find weird is how old places I know have something going on in them have periods of intense silence followed by noises. Others, however, despite being old, cruddy construction, are often dead silent. Despite heat having an effect on noises in a building, the more creaky, the more likely something is going on because natural creaks have repetition and happen in similar spots and make more organic noises.
@@Marzi29 this is a good point! I’m also sort of a skeptic, but for what it’s worth, I think they try to account for this possibility at locations by asking those questions that require a specific number of knocks, or need responses to be timely to be compelling (as with the maglight). that way, they can filter out extraneous noises made by heating, etc. :) at the very least, it’s an interesting approach to scientific method, haha
@matthewwatson6075 I've done investigations in various buildings overnight - castles, museums, jails, aircraft hangers etc etc But none of them ever made that much noise! Normally, a regular noise I'd put down as heating/expansion, but I think it just seems regular because of how it's edited. I also don't know how much heating they'd have in the court room itself. They would have a cold draft coming up from the dungeons, so that may create bigger temp changes. It might be that those noises are typical - I guess the staff there could confirm that.
@@LuAnneFoster I've noticed a lot of people from the area (or similar) say that it sounded most definitely like a fox scream, a sound they've heard a lot and are very familiar with, so I'mma go with that over "disembodied spirit screaming through the veil from another plane of existence." Y'know, Occam's Razor and all that. Same as when the boys went to the Conjuring house and there was that weird chittering from somewhere upstairs, and I and all the other commenters who've ever lived in a place with lots of racoons immediately went, "Oh, a racoon got into the house or a crawlspace or something." When it's a sound that you're not familiar with, it's easy to think "g-g-ghost!" but when it's a sound you've heard a lot in your life, it's immediately recognizable as something totally mundane. And, man, animals make weird, unexpected noises sometimes. I still remember VERY vividly when I found a baby rabbit tangled up in vines in my backyard as a kid. I bent down to untangle it and set it free and that was the day I learned that rabbits -- which I'd previously thought were basically silent creatures -- can actually let out the most horrifying, human-like scream. There are many things I've forgotten in my life -- names of people I went to high school with, old phone numbers, my wallet (which I only realize after driving halfway to the store) -- but that moment (and sound) from my childhood is BURNED into my brain forever.
The conversation in the women’s cells is actually some of the craziest, somewhat intelligent seeming conversation in the Estes method they’ve had. Legit weird stuff.
I'm sorry, but the so called "breathing" at 13:55 is nothing but a scream of utmost dispair. How in the hell did the entire watcher team call that breathing? Even in the edit.
I love how well prepared Ryan is when y'all go to locations. It is amazing! I also love the notebook that Ryan will pull out. It shows he cares! I also love how Shane brings the comedic relief that we need! Y'all are doing great!
Not many people know this but that little notebook is actually a bible! When Ryan gets scared he takes it out and reads his favorite bits of scripture aloud. We all have to be very quiet when this happens otherwise he gets sooo mad! -Shane
For debrief: First I giggled at Shane saying 'oi' during the Estes method since that's a very common phrase here in the UK so it was interesting to picture a British ghost shouting oi as you walk around. My question is, do you ever consider using phrases/terms maybe more familiar with the ghosts from each era you investigate ie British ghosts from the 18th century will only understand certain phrases and terms. I thought this since the ghosts referred to Ryans torch as a candle. Do you think this would make them more inclined to communicate/understand what you're actually talking about lmao? Great episode as always love you guys
Exactly what I think!! I often wonder how many spirits avoided contact because they couldn't understand or the guys' general high energy is a bit much lol
For debrief: Ryan and Shane why did you stop sleeping at the haunted places? And if you could sleep in any of the places you’ve been to which would it be ? (Love you guys, Day one fan since buzzfeed)
The Estes method is always my favorite and this one does not disappoint. I can feel how dank those caves are all the way from Texas. For debrief: did you sync up the footage from Shane’s solo and Ryan’s interview and see if you were hearing the same or different knocks? Really fun episode!
Can confirm as a Nottingham girl they are dank, I’ve had some very strange experiences in them, they stretch across the whole city, we used to have a shopping centre built on top of some and there’s a very very old pub built into them, the castle also has an entrance into them that was also used as a prison and those tunnels lead to the pub
@@izziehw I remember they used to have a little entrance to the caves in the back of the shopping centre, like it wasn't really very well signposted, you just kind of stumbled on it?? And I hope so much they went to Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem, that pub is 1000 years old.
i was wondering this too! so wild how shane heard 2 knocks and then the next clip was ryan doing that knocking pattern, i immediately thought “ok what’s the time stamp of those??”
For debrief: Im respectfully wondering why with ALL those loud knocks in the courtroom, why didn't you try to search out where they were coming from or what might have been causing them? Or were they literally coming from every direction? They seemed way too loud to be just old wood in my opinion. Love the show and loved this location! Thanks guys!
For debrief: Did you ever consider that some of the knocks could be from an active court session? You know when a judge tries to get the attention of people or to call a ruling with a gavel. Could that be the cause for some of them? Keep up the hard work!
After the mention of doctor, there is a placard on the wall at 35:27 that Rules and Regulations - The Medical Officer. I tried zooming in, but couldn't read more. Wonder if the reference to doctor was a person stating their profession, not someone needing a doctor.
The Estes conversation with "Murphey" is honestly so wild, from the intelligent responses to the "That man", "doctor", and "pregnant" that could imply sexual assault leading to an unwanted pregnancy. Very intriguing.
It's actually really sad. Because the likelihood that a woman was assaulted there is pretty high. And it's sad if this a real tormented person speaking who is experiencing this event. They're real unfortunate people that died there.
@@Dasha-c4s Oh, it's absolutely horrifying and tragic, no person should have to experience something so awful. But that high likelihood and the intelligent responses are intriguing *because* they were real people. If whatever imprint of them lingers in this realm, then conversations like that are incredibly important and compelling.
@@IXSICNESS I don't believe in coincidences, not when they're *that* timely and sensible. But with everything spirituality related, it's up to interpretation. If you look at that conversation and say "coincidence", that's no more correct or incorrect than when I look at that conversation and say "intelligence". This isn't exactly a science, lol (though my own beliefs are rooted in the laws of conservation of energy and matter)
It's actually the legend of Robin Hood. Dating back hundreds of years in the Middle ages, there were many men who went by the alias of Robin Hood that were criminals. So it isn't one particular man, but basically a group of men 3:27
Sir Tony Robinson did a good documentary piece on the figure of Robin Hood, in the style of the archeology tv-program Time Team (which he used to host). Can highly recommand watching it :)
i love imagining the ghosts actually work like in the show Ghosts. they cant really do anything, it takes a TON of effort to do “ghost stuff” and just kinda stand around and watch. clock dude can be seen by humans but only when he stands in front of that specific clock and nowhere else. one of them can make sounds but only if theyre on the opposite side of the building so the sound is always far away
For the debrief: I'm a skeptic, but I like how the ovilus said "Edison" during Ryan's solo in the basement. I thought of Thomas Edison, which I thought was a little funny, as Ryan was down there with the maglite as the main equipment being used to communicate with the ghosties.
In my opinion the woman on the estes method was telling ryan a "murphy" hurt her "right there" (especially when ryan said what happened she replied "that's it? What I said?" And when ryan continues to not understand that she's implying the man hurt her there she says "my dear, don't!" frustratedly before telling Ryan she's pregnant, likely Murphy's)
For anyone wondering; "The phrase "shave and a haircut, two bits" originated from the 1899 song "At a Darktown Cakewalk" by Charles Hale. The song's tune became a musical meme and is now one of the most recognizable rhythms in North America."
I'm so jealous. I'd love to visit here. A dream of mine has always been to visit the UK. Being ¼ English; ¼ Scottish & being a life long resident of eastern Massachusetts how could I not be.
@@munkustrap2being American myself living in the UK... the history bits are fun, the rest of it is as bland as British food. lovely country but also equally as boring as much of the US. still definitely happier here
For the first time I can actually say I've been to one of these places! The National Justice Museum is awesome. Shame Shane didn't get to see it during the day - they do fun re-enactments of historical trials and when I went they had a really good section on prisoner (mal)treatment and issues with justice systems both historically and in present day Learnt a lot when I went!
Given that at the end when you guys were hearing the knocks that were active while Shane was on his solo, and then nothing was knocking while Ryan was on his from either courtroom tells me that could have just been the building settling/cooling. There's a lot of wood there to expand and contract. As much as I want to believe in the knocks and bumps, I feel like I'm starting to become more on the side of the skeptics. Another lovely episode boys!!
For debrief: The Ovilus often spits out random words that don’t seem to make any sense. Could this be because it’s picking up on particularly chatty ghost conversations, or is it simply not a very reliable ghost-hunting tool, requiring you to only take it seriously when the words happen to fit the context? Also just wondering, why not keep the SLS switched on throughout your investigations, especially when the ghosts respond with things like the mag light or when they tug on your shirt? Been watching y'all since Ryan first started-absolutely love the show! You should make it year-round so I'd always have something to look forward to.
I remember the second time they used the ovilus on unsolved was at their producers house and they had it set a different way where it was like the spirit box and “spoke” and didn’t just say random words and that was far more compelling in that ep. Maybe that’s just once in a blue moon though
The ovilus is nothing short of a scam tool. It's relying on no verifiable science or engineering. In order for the Ovlius to "work" it has to rely on a couple of assumptions. Assumption A: ghosts are real (kind of putting the cart before the horse with this one). Assumptions B: ghosts can control electromagnetic fields (this is based on nothing except speculation about the supposed properties of something that hasn't been proven to exist). Assumptions C: those EMFs can be manipulated to represent words/phrases/sounds (as far as I'm aware, you cannot prove this unless you actively manipulate emfs around the device, and it can consistently spit out the same words with the same manipulations). It's nothing more than a pseudoscientific waste of money and materials
The unfortunate truth is that, as far as ghost hunting is concerned, because we don't know what the cause of the phenomenon is, we don't know which tools will actually record anything of worth, evidence wise. It's just guess work. Like using leeches to treat a sickness because you don't know what makes people sick.
Love this episode, welcome to the UK. I have a feeling the bumps are from the central heating. My house does it too when the central heating kicks in then the heat from the pipes makes the walls pop and the stairs click. Such a pity I'm all for finding proof but I don't think this is it.
Question for Debrief: Any plans to do any house haunts again? Or at least have another psychic on? Hannah Williams haunting was a gem from the company-that-shall-not-be-named times. Would also settle for more teaming up with Garrett Watts!
We definitely intend to do more house calls! Not sure if we've got any lined up for next season but they're always being considered so one may end up in the mix. They offer a unique vibe that you don't always get at your classic haunted establishment. -Shane
For debrief: During the Estes method, "Murphy" sounded like a surname, as did "Edison" during Ryan's solo. Did you guys ever check the surnames on those photos in the cell? And during Shane's solo, I know he was joking about "temperature square piece" being gibberish that Ryan would make meaning out of - but it genuinely could refer to the equipment in his hand. It's a square piece that interprets environmental inputs (including temperature) into words.
Honestly, in addition to the death-doctor-pregnant thing, the fact that the estes method conversation had the ghosts fixate on the torch/flashlight and then once it was established to be kind of "a candle" on how much they wanted to have it _in that set of DARK cells people would get shut into_ is pretty compelling to me, and I generally don't believe in direct and coherent communication with ghosts to be possible beyond extremely limited circumstances.
I really like places like this, even as a shaniac I like the idea that malevolent ghosts like prisoner ghosts ignore actual attempts at communication and are just trying to torment you as you go around the museum. it would explain why there weren't many well timed responses or noises, makes it funnier the thought of them desperately trying to textbook haunt you but getting ignored because it isn't conclusive enough.
6:00 I think it should be noted that there is a very real phenomenon where sometimes glass will literally just. Shatter for no reason. Also if you see this, I love your outfit and earrings so much!!!
Yeah, I’ve worked in pubs/bars for 10 years and it’s so common for glasses to smash unpredictably on their own 😭 sometimes it’s micro cracks that you can’t see, and the slight temp change, or mishandling (she said she had wiped) can trigger a shatter
I once had lunch with a new co-worker and midway through the meal, my glass shattered into a million little pieces in my hand, leaving me just holding the handle. It was weird, but neither of us jumped to "g-g-ghost!" It was most likely just a temperature thing and, as @tashafry3779 said, micro cracks or something. Sometimes weird things happen but, just because we can't explain it immediately (bc, y'know, I wasn't going to do a forensic analysis of the shattered glass or anything), it doesn't mean it's supernatural.
the amount of times i find random scratches or a bruise on my body is astounding, and i know it's just because i'm clumsy or don't really realize when i casually injure myself. i could never trust 'finding a scratch' as being supernatural lol
My family and I went to the Galleries of Justice when I was younger. My Dad felt a hand on his shoulder and turned around, expecting to see one of us, but he was the only one in the room. It still creeps him out thinking about it
Ah ty for sharing your dad's story! You're the first person I've seen here refer to it as the galleries of justice, which is how I know it, has it changed its name + no longer uses that? Or does it use both names do you know?
@@samc2000I think you can use either name. I hadn’t heard of the name National Justice before this video, but if you search it up, it does come up for both said name and Galleries of Justice
Horrifying place … human beings are truly the scariest creatures on this planet … so much darkness… thanks for crossing the pond and sharing this crazy place!
For Debrief: During Shanes solo investigation of the women's cell, I thought I heard a distant knock or thud at around 56:05 - 56:07 that sounded similar to the ones you guys kept getting in the courtrooms. Not entirely sure if it was just the sounds of Shane's shuffling or some other bump of the night. I really appreciate how you guys always check what it might actually be before just assuming its something supernatural, keep up the great work!
Question for debrief : You guys have gone to tons of different locations open to tourists or on home haunts but have you ever considered going to abandoned/not so touristy locations ? For example, in France there's a lot of abandoned tuberculosis sanatoriums. Amazing episode as always, boogara all the way cause those knocks would've freaked me out
For debrief: the double-slit experiment has shown that mere observation affects reality and the results of an experiment. Do you think that if ghosts are real, recording them would make them less likely to show themselves? Also thank you for acknowledging your “Sonic the hedgehog but with human teeth” choice a few months back and changing paths.
The most probable explanation for all the knocking in the wood rooms is heat and humidity. Warmer air can contain more water vapor than cold air, and wood absorbs this moisture. A change of only a few percent in average humidity can cause wood to swell, causing loud pops and creaks. All the walking and talking Ryan and Shane did during their group hunt likely brought up the ambient temperature and humidity in the building, and the wood was simply adjusting to the change in air conditions. Assuming there is decent air flow between rooms, this would explain why both rooms were reacting around the same time.
It's so amazing to see you in Nottingham, I've hoped you'd come to the National Justice Museum ever since you went to Colchester Castle. Thanks Ghoul Boys!
For Debrief: I got very emotional during the Estes method when Ryan was talking to Murphy. When you’re getting a lot of responses like that when and why do you decide to stop? You both are amazing!
with a little digging, this museum has a railway on two sides of it. It takes 100 decibels to shatter glass and train horns at their maximum volume is 110 decibels. Not saying this is the answer to what happened but my first thought about the shattered glass was "are there train tracks nearby?" and this building is almost surrounded by tracks.
I wonder how many prisoners met their grim demise in the bowels of that building. So much corruption and greed, suffering of so many people both innocent bystanders and criminals. Thats what goes through my head when i go to places like that
This is the first time that I am early for a video. Ryan, you have gotten much more brave for the solo walk throughs. I am proud to see the progress. Shane, you have remained a steadfast non believer. It is incredible to see your unwavering ability to stick to your guns, yet you go along for the ride.
Glad I stumbled over you guys‘ channel (via Rusty Quill, btw). I love how you combine a ‘genuine’ paranormal investigation with hilarious banter. Plus, I thought the various ghost-hunting devices were really well explained. Keep up the good work! 😊
For the debrief: you might have already answered this but uh… who does those super cool black and white chalk-like illustrations we see in every episode? I wanna give them some love
You guys should come down to little rural Devon! We have tonnes of haunted castles and folk lore like the hairy hand of Dartmoor. Also, question for debrief: how do you think a ghost responds to the ovulus? Like, if its detecting electromagnetic radiowaves, do you think the ghosts just think really hard, or maybe its an interpretive dance?
Agreed! A lot of the pubs down here are also haunted...Wistman's Wood is super eery, especially when it's wreathed in mist. I'd definitely recommend wild-camping on the Moor, might make for an interesting investigation!
@@OpaquePillowI can picture a ghost doing this long elaborate dance involving cartwheels, backflips and every other kind of thing just to get the word wrong
Those knocks were really interesting! Especially since both shane and ryan heard them seperately at the same time and then they stopped completely on ryans solo. The only thing i can think is maybe that the heating kicked on making the whole place creak for a while?
@abcdefghijk6 Leicester is the one that gets me 😂 after pronouncing it "Lychester" my British friends were like "it's pronounced Lester" and laughed when I looked confused 😅
Grew up here! my sister used to work at the museum yearssss ago and I used to attend a youth theatre just down the road from it - was well known for being very haunted. I did a tour once with my school and I was convinced something touched me and like three people in the tour had to leave because they felt so faint. I don’t know if it was just bc they were telling ghost stories and it got in my head but that whole place has an eerie vibe.
Shane was correct with the fact it was due to the entire room being made of wood, and especially at the time you were there. Wood contracts and expands with temperature changes, creating creaks, "knocks" and the sorts. Since the air is cooling down, the wood is contracting.
Nah Ryan must’ve stopped being a believer at some point during this series. He no longer freaks out at sounds, knocks, breathing. He doesn’t tell Shane to stop when he’s telling the ghosts off. And he even joins in at the telling off!! He’s way more mellow now. 😅
I genuinely think he’s still a believer he’s just not scared anymore/realizes ghosts can’t literally end his life (lol). He’s been doing it like 10 years, eventually you’ll get a little desensitized to it.

ty i was wondering too but didnt know how to look it up myself!
the fact that there were literally no sounds or knocking AFTER shane and ryan switched court rooms was wild
There were
Depends on the layout.
Those knocks did not sound natural at all 🤣
@@johnplaysgames3120 it's also possible that it's a heating system set to temperature regulate and is only making noises every so often because, as you mentioned, wood be wooding.

Love how they labelled the sound at 13:55 as breathing when it sounded exactly like a zombie from call of duty.
Lol yeah that was for sure a lady ghost scream 👻
sounded exactly like a fox, which I'm almost certain it was
@LuAnneFoster Nah that was a ghost lady scream. I know because ive had ghosts scream at me a whole bunch of times (im a ghost hunter)

14:44 It is super weird how eerily silent it was in the previous room & before they requested knocking in this one to then get these prominent knocks!
especially since when ryan asked “did you commit a crime?” there was SUCH a loud knock that sounded like a judge banging his gavel for a sentence!!
For debrief:
The Ovilus often spits out random words that don’t seem to make any sense.
Shane was so me when he said “leave it up to god” and then laughed when asked if he believed
Love this episode, welcome to the UK. I have a feeling the bumps are from the central heating. My house does it too when the central heating kicks in then the heat from the pipes makes the walls pop and the stairs click. Such a pity I'm all for finding proof but I don't think this is it.
Yes! I was thinking that too because central heating knocks a lot when it's coming on, but settles down later.
I was also wondering if the idk rem pod? Went off when the temp spiked because maybe there’s a vent nearby?
I remember when I stayed in an old hotel and the radiator system sounded like someone banging against the window with an iron bar. so yeah, probably.

For debrief:
During the Estes method, "Murphy" sounded like a surname, as did "Edison" during Ryan's solo.

Omg that’s a really cool idea
The most probable explanation for all the knocking in the wood rooms is heat and humidity. Warmer air can contain more water vapor than cold air, and wood absorbs this moisture. A change of only a few percent in average humidity can cause wood to swell, causing loud pops and creaks. All the walking and talking Ryan and Shane did during their group hunt likely brought up the ambient temperature and humidity in the building, and the wood was simply adjusting to the change in air conditions. Assuming there is decent air flow between rooms, this would explain why both rooms were reacting around the same time.

"Es tut mir leid, gerade aus!" was soooo funny
!! Yeah really caught me off guard. Seems a few levels up from Senf 😂
wir lieben deutsch 🙂↕️🙂↕️
I wonder if Ryan asking them to knock twice 50:18 actually lines up with the two knocks Shane hears 51:36 ? that would be really cool
Idk cause I think Ryan's two knocks were a bit slower and the knocks Shane heard were faster. would be cool though!
Its so rare to see Shane got so many signs like this, i’m liking this too much 😂
It's refreshing to not hear so many BRO, DUDE, WHAT WAS THAT, OMG.
Love that this is the season of museum visits!
Big fan of the weeping angels joke Shane made. Especially since they are in the UK lol
Those knocks were really interesting! Especially since both shane and ryan heard them seperately at the same time and then they stopped completely on ryans solo. The only thing i can think is maybe that the heating kicked on making the whole place creak for a while?
I'm from Nottingham, myself, This place has always fascinated me since a kid
I went several times as a kid, then got to do their spooky Halloween tour once as an adult, that was pretty fun and unnerving!
as a british fan im so excited!!!! missed the travelling (but already annoyed at the pronunciation of nottingham😭😭)
as an American that lives in the UK now... I promise some of us know how to not say Ham at the end of words
how is it supposed to sounds like?😂
@@k.putridestia most pronounce it notting-um !! notting-ham sounds so weird haha
As someone from Nottingham, trust me I know hahahaahahahh
@abcdefghijk6 Leicester is the one that gets me 😂 after pronouncing it "Lychester" my British friends were like "it's pronounced Lester" and laughed when I looked confused 😅
So excited to be here so early!! Thanks for keeping me company while I cook!!! Greeting from England!!!
I think he’s just use to it. He’s done so many now you eventually get use to all the same stuff. Knocks, whispers, other crap lol
I genuinely think he’s still a believer he’s just not scared anymore/realizes ghosts can’t literally end his life (lol). He’s been doing it like 10 years, eventually you’ll get a little desensitized to it.
Let's go ghoul booooys!! Been here since Unsolved season 1. You are starting to feel like old friends at this point. Love you both
The best part of Friday after a long work week.
Love you ghoul boys keep making bangers… also when is puppet history coming back I miss seeing Ryan Suf… I mean I miss the Professor 🤙🏼
More Puppet History's on its way! Shortly after the holidays. More specific details will surely be revealed in the near future. -Shane
I swear Shane's heartrate gets lower the more paranormal activity he experiences, as if it comforts him
For debrief: How does Ryan differentiate between who he thinks he is talking to, and can he tell if it’s possibly the same ghost or someone else? The Estes method is always incredibly entertaining, yet at this location it really seemed like there was an actual conversation going on with several individuals??? Im a skeptic, so these seem often funny and random, but this one was certainly more theatrical and coherent than others.
One hell of an episode, and you guys are the grooviest! Cheers from Colorado.✨
(Also whoever does the intro music, well done! I always feel like im watching a spooky movie)
ryan's all "I'd never get in a bathtub after you" like he hasn't been in a bathtub at the SAME TIME as Shane
So cool you guys visited here🙌🏼!! This museum was one of my favourite museum experiences and the enactments by the actors here during the day visits are superb ❤!
So glad to have seen this one live with my friend at Ghost Files Live this year!!! It was so much fun. I'm looking forward to attending every Detroit show I can in the future too!
i saw it live too !!!
I love this show!!! What a great friday. Thanks ghoulboys!!!
Thank YOU. TGIF and be well. -Shane
Estes said “Doctor”. Then in the next room, there is a large sign that says “The Medical Officer” 👀
The similarity between how they respond to the ovilus and how I respond to my toddler learning to talk😂 gotta make meaning out of what they say to encourage 😂
FOR DEBRIEF : Hi ghoul boys, I watched this ep during your live tour in Toronto.
My question is “Are you guys sure there was no one in the facility?”
These knocks in 15:50 are very timely. Maybe someone was messing with you guys for funsies like a security guard, custodian, or someone trying to fix something inside that room?
Love you ghoul boys! Stay wicked :)
As someone from Nottingham this building is just very well known for being haunted, multiple care takers have quit but it sits empty at night it just has lots of alarms on it, whether you believe in ghosts or not doesn’t matter for one reason or another this building has chased a lot of people out, they do reenactments in the day that are fun, there’s also a famous picture of a ghost from here that I’m surprised didn’t make it into the evidence
yeah the squeak during shane's solo could've been a guard leaving/checking in
"Needs to be more English" *Ryan goes full on Scottish*
I know right? Typical Americans think Scotland is part of England 🙈🙈🙈🙈
It's nice to see the Ghoul Boys back in the UK 🇬🇧
I've never heard of this museum in Nottingham (not far from me)... but there are so many infamously haunted locations all around the UK, that I'm sure you guys will eventually get to them all!
First without the Buzzfeed backing
It’s well worth a visit if you’re close by! I’ve taken classes on school trips here quite a few times so it was rather funny seeing the place in a spooky new light!
12:37 I’ve already replayed this lil bit from the way Ryan says “my minions :3” lmaoo it so funny
