Love a Friday with a new garage mc vid. You’re the man Matt.
Got some more videos coming back to back on the banshee I gotta get this one done fast
MAN I can’t wait to see this thing finished. Definitely gonna be a ripper. I like the beadlocks the way they are but it would be sick powder coated
I think the bike looks sick with the stock look having the wheels gold. If the oem wheels and tires were not worth so much I'd leave them on
lookin good matt, appreciate you taking the time to make these videos.
Thanks bro
Always love your video's great stuff brother 😊
Thanks bro I'm trying to upload more on a schedule but it's hard to get ahead with videos. Parts orders kind of mess that up
@garagemcma your welcome brother you will get caught up
Looking good looking good making me want to buy one and build on it lol
I like this one it is way cleaner then I first thought
That Banshee is in incredibly great shape! I don't know what you paid for it, but you got pretty lucky bro. I've been looking for a Banshee for over 3 years. People want stupid $ for clapped out crap. Keep up the great content 👍
I looked at 15 of them and this was the best one I could find in my price range
sometimes them girls need saving by somebody . we cant let them keep getting seized by cops and crushed for riding wheelies in the hood 🤣🤣
@@JoePhounders I kno of one that’s for sale in Illinois and 1 owner-title-numbers all match engine & frame
@@72mmALKYDRAGGIN What year and what price?
@CourtJ_ml9to Sorry, I found my Banshee. 87' all original to the tires. Vin production #322.
Looking good mannn🤘🏼
Thanks bro
Can someone make a video on this pristine builds out on the trail and then show it after a day or weekend of abuse. Or after a weekend riding in the mud. The mud that stains up your bike and then show the wash and care process. Because when I seen yours or other pretty builds I can’t imagine it look great after a weekend of riding
One of the reason I haven’t invested in rebuilding mine because I feel the day it’s done and I take it riding I’ll rein all that hard work and money in just one day of riding. Has me scared it will start looking like it’s old self all over again. Maybe it’s my O.C.D lol
I do it daily lol
@@hennessyremy4970 I’m the same way, i really go easy on it and it kind of sucks I can’t go wild I’m always afraid to damage it, mines all oem not built
@@BostonBansheemy only answer to it is street riding lol. I’m in Florida. I’ve seen a few street legal banshees. But nobody wants to tell u the trick to it. I guess until then I’ll keep riding my hurt looking banshee lol. When I wash it and hit with a splash of SC it looks good from 10ft + away lol but up close I can see the stains on the chrome and blk lol
Me too
dang i miss my Banshee it had that Duncan bumper . back in the day my dad ordered the bumper for the Banshee and 250r at the same time . im the same on the stem bearings and bearing carrier for the most part .
I was just thinking of ordering one for the 250r, I also like the factory 43 bumper on those
Good content. You deserve way more subscribers. Blessings to you. A couple questions: 1) after putting anti-seize on bolts that get torqued, do you alter the torque from factory spec? 2) those bumpers look great, but I’ve wondered how functional/durable they are since the tubing is so thin? Thanks.
Thanks bro I'm working on subscriber goals it just takes time. Question 1, I use anti seize on the whole bolt so it does not get stuck in the dowle, sometimes bolts have different specs as far as torque goes. Some have specs that need a lubricant and that gives you more of a correct reading. Question 2, this bumper feels very sturdy as far as it construction and it fell rite into place, some cheaper bumpers just feel lite and don't line up as well as this one did
If you ever miss your Raptor i have a 2019 with 22 original hours excellent condition

Someone might be interested. I ended up selling mine and added cash to get this banshee
@@garagemcmattRite lol no i meant a raptor in general but i hear you.
Yeah that what im trying to do but trade just cause i have so much into the Raptor, which i know you never get what you put in but everyrhing is literally brandnew with recipts 4k worth of part i just put on minus the lonestar stuff & shocks they're not installed. The quad its self is basically brandnew 22hrs on it with dealer installed hour meter with paper work for hourmeter. If you hear of anyone with a nice banshee send them my way if you dont mind.
Good stuff only thing you shouldn't run those nice cnc aluminum tie rod they are no good
I've run them before I never had an issue with them
Banshees will never stop making for good content. Your young so I hope this machine isn’t gunna b ANOTHER GARAGE PRINCESS… put her TO WORK
Young lol. No bro I ride all my bikes
@ the banshees came in ONLY ✌️ model types (j & A arm) yet with a simple color change in the plastics they CARRIED ON STRONG A-F!!… THeN THE AFTERMARKET WORLD WENT CRAZY so HATS OFF to the hard working men/women of the U.S. 💪just WANTING TO MAKE POWA’!!! most importantly THEY ALSO KEEP “ALIVE” FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU 🫵!!
Thanks bro 😎

How do I get on members viewers board? Skypilots Skunk Works. Saginaw, Michigan.
I'm currently working on a 1993 RMX250 that's got a nasty hanging idle. Fresh overhaul on the entire motor.
@@jeffdavison8421 hanging off idol on DECELL is LEAN! Should be POPPING in the head pipe @ idol! Put ur needle in the MIDDLE CLIP, Richen it up on PILOT JET and AIR-SCREW 1 turn out. Remember if it’s not Popping in the head pipe it’s LEAN
@CourtJ_ml9to I bought it a restoration a little over a year ago. Top end was off the bike. It runs great outside of the hanging idle. I've pressure tested it.
It holds 6 pounds steady with no drops.
I'm stumped. I've sprayed the case halves, intake area, and base gasket with soap and water mix. No bubbles.
@@jeffdavison8421 Carburetion/ jetting for-sure😉.
Did U switch up ANYTHING maybe the silencer by chance
Everyone in the comments is correct, there are a few different things it could be. It being colder now means the air going into the bike is a denser air charge making it lean. I'd go with the air screw first then if you still have an issue definitely do a leak down test
