Anyone else here had high hopes for Adult Swim / HBO Max and Ninja Kamui ? Well we did too. Like . Comment. Sub. Share with a friend. #ninjakamui #anime #adultswim
Honestly, when they started using suits it lost me. I loved the animation though it was god-tier, I also thought the choreography was great in the first 8 episodes that I watched but holy shit could it use a slowdown. Like everything happened so damn fast all the time that it was hard to follow. They could have used the opportunity to show it through the fighter's perspective to slow it down as they do with Dragon Ball Z where as if you're a normal person they look like blurs. I put the show on to fall asleep and generally hate doing that with anime.
Great video bro!! I totally agree with you and thought the exact same thing once Higan got his own mech suit out of nowhere!!! The whole “each ninja has their own secret move that no one knows” was so intriguing not to mention the fight from the first 3 episodes. Then we got bamboozled into this whole tech mech battle with slight ninja undertones which tossed away the whole original plot of the show we were shown in the first episode
Tbf it's not that we don't like non humanoid CGI fights... Personally I think if the script is compelling first of all followed by a great fight scene I think we'd watch that. But most times the movie has either one or the other. A good script with lousy animation or great animation with a lousy script
Pin me please
The second I saw the mech suits I knew I wasn't gonna watch this.
They kinda hit it from us for a few episodes tho lmao

Yea once I realized I couldn’t pay attention I realized I didn’t like it anymore I never even finished the season

That's cool, what article did u read off of.
I thought I was alone, and my friends say it's cos I'm a critic
The 3 episode rule about to go out the window soon cause the moment ep 4 drops for shows it looks the quality and effort drops in half
Agreed !!!
Yeah when the mecha shit came, i dropped it

This isn’t good content and the whole spiel about manga was nonsensical. It might be bad, but some of the reasons you give are just so irrelevant.
You sound like a Ninja Kamui fan boy lol
Womp womp
Really I couldn't agree more.... why...?
Yeh it did go downhill fast, usually when i start falling asleep during episodes its meh
