I dont agry on support, parry and faster sub. Support was less faster on release than storm 4 and now they putting it back on storm 4 level and it is really nice for mixed up. Parry are great now, behind the fact that the animation is cheap. I wasn't liked it in storm 4 but now we got an effective parry mechanics. May be they should close up the window a bit making more challenging to hit, but behind that, dont touch it. If they need to update something here, it is awakening duration and the sub/mechanic. Awakening, first, is insanly to short. If u awake and your opponent got is 5 sub, u have using it for nothing, it doesn't feel right. Second, all characters should not have the same awakening time for all characters. like the giant type, put it 20sec, and small type 30sec. They also need to make the substitution regein less faster, BUT it aslo should given us more distance between you and your opponents. These changes will making it more impactful if u over use it but with proper distance, it will giving us more time to react to our opponents next move.

Chakra dash is too fast amored and strong in this game. Without infinite counter, there are zero defensive mechanics against chakra dash spammers. Remember that guard breaks easily. If you block 3 chakra dashes, your guard breaks and you have to sub, when you use all your subs gg. Its not fun having to counter chakra dash with chakra dash all the time

I think the idea of having the Ninja Tools (or how you call them "Throwables") on a cooldown instead a limit is interesting because I've barely use them before because I wanted to keep them for "emergencies". Although I get why they can be a bit annoying when they are just available like in Connections. Every status effect tag can stun you for a good amount of time, serving for good combo extenders and punish options. So a single misplay can be punished severly by them. Kunai bags force you to chill out and stay back because your combo could be interupted by them and you end up getting clapped instead. This encourages spammers because they have more tools to create space between you and them. If they were limited ressources you can only use once or twice in a match that'd be fine but right now they are actually a bit fun-disrupting. I think there are a few workarounds for this, each as unrealistic to actually be implemented as the other: 1. Just straight up increase every cooldown. Tags would be kept to actually increase combos or to punish their opponent when they dash without subs. Kunai bombs would become emergency tools for when you have no subs or when you want to engage on your opponent when he has no subs. This was tools would be used more sparingly and strategically 2. An option to choose between limited use ninja tools like in the former titles and the current ninja tool cooldown with the latter being heavily nerfed. Limited ninja tools would still work like they do now with the drawback that you can only use them once or twice in a match or round. But ninja tools on cooldown would be changed so they aren't as oppressive anymore. So status tags wouldn't cause hitstun and only apply an effect, kunai bombs would only shoot out a single kunai, not several, and explosive tags would only push the opponent away without causing any damage. Those are just a few ideas, but I think they could work.

I believe some supports come back quicker/slower than others. Ex. Pain is slow, but Shikamaru is quicker (or probably average) but I do know his Balloon jutsu is extremely annoying whenever I do air combos. It's like each time I do it, he comes in and blocks me. I think both him and Sai are at the same speed. (Referencing a dude I played 3 days ago that had them as his support.)

The Storm community needs to understand that it's the only chance we have at being a more useful long-lived game if we STOP complaining and start supporting the game. The game has the potential to be much better, but it needs the support of the community. Did we dream of Shizune, Anko and all these characters we wanted DLC for? If we did, then we should support the game. And stop with this exaggerated nostalgia for Storm 4. Connections is still not better than Storm 4, but that could be BECAUSE THE GAME IS RECEIVING SUPPORT, BALANCE, in a way that s4 never had. So if connections isn't already better than s4, it will be. While one has problematic supports, the other is riddled with glitches.

I swear bro i couldn’t agree more with this especially about the single matches like they had them in storm 4 idky they took them out here i get tired of team battles really quick feel like you get to see how good a person really was in single matches

Great video bro!! I totally agree with you and thought the exact same thing once Higan got his own mech suit out of nowhere!!! The whole “each ninja has their own secret move that no one knows” was so intriguing not to mention the fight from the first 3 episodes. Then we got bamboozled into this whole tech mech battle with slight ninja undertones which tossed away the whole original plot of the show we were shown in the first episode

The second I saw the mech suits I knew I wasn't gonna watch this.

Honestly, when they started using suits it lost me. I loved the animation though it was god-tier, I also thought the choreography was great in the first 8 episodes that I watched but holy shit could it use a slowdown. Like everything happened so damn fast all the time that it was hard to follow. They could have used the opportunity to show it through the fighter's perspective to slow it down as they do with Dragon Ball Z where as if you're a normal person they look like blurs. I put the show on to fall asleep and generally hate doing that with anime.
