The service is insane my team would put everything over me by 12 feet
This is a great warmup, I use most of this already but really think I'll be adding the couple steps I'm lacking.
Also in immensely impressed in Armando's ability to distribute accurately with both feet! 👏
Excellent! One of the better pre-game routines I've seen.
You're probably the best server I've seen...and I've seen EPL goalkeeper coaches in person. Very nice.
0:47 his socks matched the field line.
Incredibly helpful... am from Kigali Rwanda 🇷🇼 and I like the warm up😍
Great video! Could you make a training routine video? But one that I could do in my yard or in the park, with not too much professional equipment
His weak foot is really good!! Wow i wouldn’t even lift the ball with my weak foot!
Great warm up! My team usually just has us pass the ball and have the team take shots on goal
Agreed, it's a terrible warm up. I've been trying to find something to warm my goalie up that isn't just having the whole team drill her, because that's really not helping her at all.
muy buenos ejercicios con un solo balon.
Great work
Just what I needed,thanks!
Great warm-up exercises!
Thank You great video!
QUALITY SERVICE!
Good warm up,,,
Thank you
Good training 👍 i like that video

An advice: Take one of your knees up to protect yourself from attacker and show them that they won't better get any closer.
Thats very important at corners!!!!!
The air ball exercise is bad executed. The keeper must keep his knee up for protection and for a better elevation
you should call it something else than 666 drill. The number will for sure put a lot of people off
