Would love if you came to bend and did a drive of all the homeless camps. Hunnell road is so bad here. Starting to look like cali. I watch all your videos of unboxing states. Best advice in which places to go. We are wanting to sell our home and move out of Oregon in the next few years.
I had no idea Bend had gotten so bad, that is sad. That area was a paradise 10-20 years ago. For more isolation I would go to Wyoming or Montana. If wanting more civilization I like Texas or Arizona. I agree with you, I just want to be safe if we ever have to leave Western Washington and live in peace :) I will for sure make it out there this spring, I want to see the Steen Mountains again!

I really like the brookings area we have a young daughter and I just want to find a place that has my same political veiws( which are different from most of Oregon). We have never actually been there, but considering that as a possible destination to move. Or I love Kentucky. I watched your unboxing South Dakota and from what my mom says it’s pretty Accurate. Thanks again.
I love the Rapid City / Spearfish area. The Black Hills have tons to do and the Badlands National Park is also fun. The only drawback is they have cold winters but awesome thunderstorms in the summer. I could live there, I forgot about that state. It is definitely cheaper than Bend :) Brookings would be a lot cheaper than the western part of the state.
