If there was any swells this is one port I would might just skip. I can’t even imagine not having power and full control and then being towed into it.
You have to aggressively commit to this entrance and if that line snaps it would not be a good day. At least they have the best crew maybe in the whole country helping them. But I would still pucker.

I think they stopped the video a little short on purpose. Now that he's got him into the harbor, you need to stop him,
and he throttles up. It's hard to push on a rope.

The engines in that tow boats could do with a major overhaul checking the injectors , pumps and compression ratio.
