This was pointed out by another commenter on this thread already.

So many good vibes in this video - having fun is one of the most important factors in any lifestyle (well, sustainable lifestyles). Absolutely loving the content man. The singlet changes on every lift had me cracking up.
I wanted to shit on Tom in this reply, but that's not what Juji would want. I disagree, because the videos are much less scripted. and much more personal. I expected to hate the change but instead I love it. Tom made massive contributions to the channel, but few of them were on the side of the camera he wanted to be on.

He took jujis old almost Eric bugenhaugen ish content and turned it into some of the best content on UA-cam. I followed juji before Tom. I’ll follow him well after. Powerlifting is so obsessed with equipment and clothing rules for some reason. Meanwhile weightlifting has removed most of theirs over the years. Recently people were getting away with using two belts because the technical controllers have got so used to doing basically nothing lmao.
@@petrl9838 Not true, sorry my guy. Changing singlets is completely allowed as long as they all adhere to the IPF rules. Check out world champion Russel Orhii in 2019 IPF worlds. He changes his singlet for the deadlift event. You can see his reasoning for that on one of his videos.

"Surprise/last minute" events are the best way to calm the nerves. It's similar to when you start doing stand-up and one of the first things you really want to do is go out on stage and purposely bomb so that way you get all the nerves and bad stuff out the way and realize it's not so bad.
Lately this channel has a great energy, a vibe of earnest positivity that I'm really loving. I used to foolishly think of strength training as a 'meathead' form of exercise, and Juji's demeanor and attitude make for a fantastic counterpoint to that stereotype. In addition, Sam's work behind the camera brings out the nuance and authenticity that makes each video connect. Bravo!
