This was really cool - Thank you for that interview Wander and Rhapsody. A slice of behind the scenes on the group - and I'm all for that! Very interesting getting an insight on starting, persevering and making it as a UA-camr / Streamer / Content Creator.
Really stoked everytime seeing your experiments! One good opening questions for a freeform interview like that is just "What was this year like for you" or a little backstory on how you met as a freeform conversation. Bobby Chui is an artist who does alot of interviews on other artists and a good source to look up!
This was fantastic! (If a bit long, but I normally watch these things while playing so I don't mind). I really think most of the Wholesomeverse, and especially Rhaps, will be part of my go-to inspiration if I ever want to become a creator, and in a way, a better person. If it means anything, I absolutely love your video essays and get really excited when a new one is posted. I’ve learned a lot from them, and they are so well put together. This interview was also a lot of fun to watch.
I am definitely hesitant to click a video of I realize that it is from a stream. It is because I have had bad viewing experiences previously. I am talking about long (10+ min) tanget conversations with chat that you cannot follow because you only get half of it. And every time someone subscribes a sound bite plays an a logo flashes on the screen. I get why they are there for the stream experience but to me they are SO distracting that it usually ruins the video Both of your vods are better with this so I might be coming around
Rhapsody and Hutts are some of my favorite creators. I would love to see more interviews. This was a very cozy, intimate interview and I like how it just felt like friends hanging out, which it is lol. But I'm enjoying this setup. So I would be excited for more.
Great interview. Having a preexisting rapport with Rhapsody undoubtedly made the conversation easier, but it was nice to see you both in a different dynamic. It's easy to forget sometimes I think the real and vibrant individuals who work so hard to create fantastic content for us, and that made this a very nice peek behind the curtain so to speak.
Thanks for bringing us this fascinating interview, WanderBot and Rhapsody. It was quite interesting hearing some of these stories in a long format. Wishing you both much continued success.
Awwww, that interview of Rhapsody was so sweet, thank you both for sharing ! I was first introduced to him from your Survivalists co-op series and his enunciation left a deep impression on me; it was very distinct to my ear, I could "see" him shape the sounds, which helped me tremendously understanding without seeing his face. I'm not surprised to find out that he's been working on his oration skills, because I can definitely hear it and that's something I appreciate very much :)
If you're ever looking for a good desk chair in a rush, City surplus sales can lead to amazing finds. Office chairs tend to be bought based on 8 hour use for years, but if they renovate a building and the old chairs don't match the colour scheme, well they tidy up those super expensive chairs and make sure they're safe to sell (lawsuits and such for broken equipment) then pass them along at deep discounts. Got a pair of $800 chairs for $15 each because they just want them off their property, been using them for 4 years now.
