Europe: FNC, VIT, G2
Korea: KT, AFS, GEN G
NA: TL, C9, 100T
KR and NA played 6 matches only (both 2-4)
also TW/HK/MO (LMS) 2-4
When you look at it further, the last time any NA team beat a Korean team was at 2016 Worlds by CLG and TSM, and 2016 MSi by CLG. And additionally, in 2014 worlds C9 won vs Najin, IEm 10 CLG vs JAG, and IEM 9 TSM vs CJ. That is all the times NA had ever taken a game from Korean teams. I think there is just something about the NA teams in general

Agreed, doesn't really fit his playstyle and doesn't play to his strengths while limiting him in what he can do. Also if you really need to play swain I would almost rather have Bwipo come in hahaha get the vlad and swain expert in here.

@@bondjamesbond9037 haha yeah could be the case. But until this throw at baron the game was pretty even. Would still love to see them going 5:1 or 4:2 in group stage. Lets see how they play against GREX. 100T won against them pretty strong and fnatic crushed 100T. So this might be an easier game. Also want to see how G2 performes against Flash Wolves.
I would love to know why Pobelter didn't ult during that first dragon fight. and that ult from Impact during that fight top lane was just awful. Tried to ult a noc who could just ult away, instead of ulting the rest of the fucking team that was nicely grouped up for him. They look like they're new to this game.

probably because they don't train as hard as Koreans and Chinese players. Unlike Americans, those guys play something like 16 hours a day 5 days a week or so.

Pobelter on galio didn't see him press r once instead walked into every fight him and ryu are tied for worst mid laners at worlds
NA has got to be one of the most consistent poor performing regions in worlds.. like, every single worlds, NA gets so hyped up and just fall flat...

What's with the hate on NA? everyone knows they're bad it doesn't need to be said 100 times. In other sports where NA shines other people aren't talking about how bad Asia is all the time
It's because they do not perform despite heavy investment and players import. It's this guy in school who's parents are rich so he has many personnal tutors and professors but cannot manage to have decent grades. People enjoy that money does not win everytime.
Because of the hype they get, the totally undeserved hype. It's sort of like if the commentators of the Football World Cup said USA was one of the favorites to win alongside Spain, France, Brazil ect. NA already have an advantage over so many regions with 2-3 teams every worlds. Riot should fix this first and make every region have the same chance of reaching worlds.
