Red car was turning right and had to cross over one lane of opposing traffic to make a right turn, therefore the red car did not have the right of way, and is at fault for the accident.

The police should know it is better to smash the car than to do that also though but yea the suv should have their license revoked, they were staring in to the car park looking for spots etc long before making that turn
@@georgepatterson3428 Indeed it is, but not part of Britain, anyhow, it's not the RUC anymore, I'm going to have a wild guess and say there are more than a few members that consider themselves Irish, as required under the GFA. In fact the very reason the RUC was disbanded and the PSNI formed is that it wouldn't be seen as a British police force.
