I’m going through a similar experience, I’ve lost a lot of friends and I’m not even completely sure what I did wrong but I still feel guilty. I’ve been struggling between retaining self love, not feeling negative emotions, and taking responsibility for myself, but during this playlist I realized I’m valid in feeling whatever emotions I want to feel. I shouldn’t force myself to feel a certain way, and that’s how I’m most at peace

These days I really feel lonely , the whole process of entrance exams is just taxing for a 16 year old to continue and to be treated for what marks I receive just makes me feel like shit sometimes honestly. I've been positive but there are times when a good ol domino gets shaken up. But what I want is for everyone to feel less like shit everyday. What if your domino falls? You've got me to lean on , a virtual hug incoming. Even though its bad for me right now , this playlist and this community I can lean on , and we'd make a sturdy domino without worrying whether it would fall or stand , we'd exist there beautifully with support.

It seems that I’m the one who brings myself down the most, everytime, without even noticing i had such low esteem, i uplifts my friends mood and cheer them up but i can’t believe the nice words said to me…i can’t believe that I deserve good things happening to me. And what’s wrong with me? I am always trying to prove that im trying…it’s not that i like sharing, it’s just that im afraid my achievements are just so little…so tiny so unnoticeable.

I get scared a lot like for no reason my heart just sinks and I was listening to Spotify and this song started and it had loud ambulance sounds and it scared me and I was trying to find something comforting and before I even typed anything this was in my recommendations and I love this and I think I'm calm now.Thank You.💛

My sleep schedule is sorta shitty to say the least. And it feels like Everytime I get a handle on it I lose track of time and it's almost my bedtime before I even get the chance to pick a pre-bedtime activity. So then I'm just left obsessing...worrying...and that doesn't help one sleep.

I realised, through years of worrying, the goal is to not have a goal. When the world is asleep, and when we forget our memories, should we find the bravery to awaken to the life in front of us.
