    The four signs your glue isn't at it's best.
    Number 1: Goopy or Stringy. You may need to use more than one glue dot per service.
    Number 2: The glue has lost it's magical magnetic bond. If your glue just doesn't seem right... Time for a new one.
    Number 3: Your glue is past it's expiry! 3 months is too old ⭐️
    Number 4: Glue stuck in the nozzle. This is more preventitive than anything. Make sure you clear your nozzle after you burp your glue to get the most from your glue.

    My glue won’t come out of the bottle and I’ve had it for less than a month. It’s also very stringy, do you have a solution?

    I didnt know that i had to shake the glue for 5 minutes before i open it the first time. I opened it without shaking. What should i do?

      Sounds like your humidity and storage is great. Are you wondering when you should change your glue out for a new one?

      @@preciousobianigwe372 I think you could probably stretch your glue out to upward of 6 ish months. Bondage is a great option- it's a 2-3 second dry time and is our best selling! I'll leave a link to our glues so you can read about them to figure out which one best suits your lashing needs : lostartistrylash.com/collections/liquids

    Hello I would like to ask you I want to know how to keep the stock of the glue before opening because I but it in the fridge but I don’t know Iam facing some problems with the retention thank you

    • @LostArtistryLash
      @LostArtistryLash  2 роки тому

      Hi there! I recommend keeping your glue storage consistent. If you start the glue off in the fridge, it's recommended to keep it there after every service. Something else to note is the humidity/temperature in your lashing space, and if your glue's being shakes as directed by your glue instructions! If you want to chat further about this please dm me on instagram : @lostartistrylash 💕

      If you store everything correctly, your lash room humidity is set to what's recommended for your glue instructions and you're burping your glue properly then yes! 3 months your glue's should last you. You can have glue for up to 6 months unopened if stored as directed and humidity is proper :)

    If I keep my adhesive in an air tight container with silica pads but the humidity is high in the room can it still affect my glue?

    • @LostArtistryLash
      @LostArtistryLash  3 роки тому

      The container will be able to battle the humidity for some time but after long conditions of high humidity that's when things get tough... also any other products may be affected like your bonders primers...anything laying out. Make sure everything's in jars or possibly in shady drawers!

    Great tips, I usually put the date I open/start using the glue but I like your idea too where you put the last day on it. 👍

    Great tips! I get so excited when I see that magnetic bond lol although I don’t see it every lash though. But you mentioned the little pin. I do burp my glue so fo you mean to put the pin in it during the service and then put the cap on it when completely finished the service?

    • @LostArtistryLash
      @LostArtistryLash  3 роки тому +2

      The magnetic bond is the besttt!!
      You can leave your pin in all of the time to prevent the tip from clogging! It’s awesome :)
