Nice video, looks like the #4 engine has some different panels. Must of had some work done on that engine. A 2hr flight on a B747-8i is pretty neat and special thanks for sharing.
I saw that retro 747-8i a few years ago standing at the Tom Bradley terminal at gate 158 next to our 747-400 KLM from Amsterdam. Funny to see it climbing out of Palma.
It’s sad just looking at the fleet side by side and knowing that most of them if not all will be retired 😕. Let’s hope they keep flying for a bit longer. Nice video, was watching this in the morning and it helped waking me up. After I woke up I watched the rest of the vid
They're gonna retire the 747-400s and replace them with the 777X. The 787s are also replacing the A340-300s. Nothing yet about the A380 and 747-8 replacements.

What a pleasant and comfortable feeling to watch these takeoffs and landin. Airport view is absolutely stunning with all the planes queuing up to takeoff, lovely hotel scenery especially the beach and cityscape areas are beautiful and peaceful. For such an orderly nation as Germany I was surprised to see so casual a disembarkation of the passengers from the A319 (??) at the top of the video. I would have expected to see stanchion retractable barriers or ground markings to indicate the walk around round for passengers to keep them from getting under the wing, etc. It seemed to be a bit of a free for all.

What a beauty... I flew with this exact aircraft and livery from Frankfurt to Buenos Aires (longest LH flight) back in January 2018
