Agree that was amazing and SO helpful. It was the hardest part of tinking. That middle stitch kept hiding but now I know how to get to it. Forever grateful. Since I had a hard time undoing the decrease, I had to keep tinking and tinking. It was so frustrating. Thank you thank you thank you
These are great questions! I'll be sure to add them to my list for future videos. They're *higher level* questions that I don't feel comfortable responding to in a comment but I'll get them on the list!
This was amazing, thank you so much ! I don't suppose you would consider a video showing how to pick up dropped Brioche stitches ? I always make such a mess of things and end up pulling out entire rows sometimes just to get back on track! Thanks for all your great videos!
Thanks so much, Karyn! And I don't have to consider it - I already have one that shows this! :) Here's a link to my tutorial on how to pick up dropped stitches in brioche: ua-cam.com/video/UBOVRb_qAzI/v-deo.html. Let me know if you have nay more questions!
Yes - a lifeline is a great idea if you have to rip down several rows. I've got a tutorial for placing lifelines, though not in brioche. The biggest trick with lifelines in brioche is to make sure that when you place them, you catch the YO's on the row that you're placing the lifeline. If you miss some YO's, I DO have a tutorial for picking up stitches if you frog without a lifeline. Could you do a video explaining why the brk/yo/brk/yo. or brp/yo/brp/yo sequence (1-2-1-2) could be off and how to fix this. I know this s sometimes from a fallen shawl, but there are other mistakes that could cause this. Also how to fix dropped stitches when they are not straight but diagnonal because of previous decreases. thanks
