Upgrade the firmware of the devices to latest version and try. after firmware upgrade, don't forget to restore the devices. Then setup again

brother make 1 video how can add card for unlocking door..
You can add by two ways. 1. Using Master card. Pls see the video below for How to add cards bys using Master cardua-cam.com/video/iihu02R9kEA/v-deo.html2. From iVMS 4200 Access Control Menu by using usb Cad reader. I will make video for that soon.
