I’m currently in the middle of a trial the defendant was arrested two years ago. There’s a huge backlog in the courts so if she is going to court it won’t be any time soon
I was incredibly surprised to see that she didn't have a massive outburst when she was being arrested, I genuinely thought she would have one, with the conditions she claims to have and her general attitude towards other people and how she perceives herself. I just think it's really interesting that she had that level of self control to remain calm in that situation, but she turns bright red and starts screaming her head off about WiFi.
We get mail delivered to the wrong place a lot. I don't know who came up with housing numbers but ours is 1250 and right around the corner on next street there is another 1250. I can literally walk out in my back 40 and can walk right up to their back door. Real genius whoever did that 🤦🤦

I made Curry and Pilau Rice from scratch for dinner today. We are gluten free, nut free and tomato free so pre-made and packet/jar sauces aren’t suitable for both of us with our various allergies. It’s really not all that difficult, especially if you make up a jar of (or freeze into ice cubes) your curry paste, it lasts ages in the fridge. Start cooking some diced onion and garlic, add a teaspoon (or more depending on amount your making) of the paste and cook, add chicken/veg stock and simmer, add your meat or vegetables, chickpeas, lentils etc cook for a few minutes until the lentils are softening/meat is mostly cooked, then add some double cream. Simmer until meat is fully cooked, and it’s started to thicken. Use cornflour and water mix to thicken. We mostly do it by eye, more paste for a spicier finish. More cream for a korma. Curry paste varies about on what type you make, but generally it can be quite versatile just with adjusting the amount of cream.

I made Curry and Pilau Rice from scratch for dinner today.
We are gluten free, nut free and tomato free so pre-made and packet/jar sauces aren’t suitable for both of us with our various allergies.
It’s really not all that difficult, especially if you make up a jar of (or freeze into ice cubes) your curry paste, it lasts ages in the fridge.
Start cooking some diced onion and garlic, add a teaspoon (or more depending on amount your making) of the paste and cook, add chicken/veg stock and simmer, add your meat or vegetables, chickpeas, lentils etc cook for a few minutes until the lentils are softening/meat is mostly cooked, then add some double cream.
Simmer until meat is fully cooked, and it’s started to thicken.
Use cornflour and water mix to thicken.
We mostly do it by eye, more paste for a spicier finish.
More cream for a korma.
Curry paste varies about on what type you make, but generally it can be quite versatile just with adjusting the amount of cream.
