- Today I’m showing some of my favorite kettlebell leg days exercises.
If you are limited with equipment and tired of doing the same stuff here is some different exercises that will target the same muscles!
Target muscle gains
Mobility gains
Strength gains
Conditioning
Kettlebell training leaves nothing on the table
Typically will train these movements 4 sets of 5-12 reps depending on the weight of the bell
Heavy bell 5-8 reps
Light bell 8-12 reps
