I've been doing this workout for 4 months now and let me tell you, it 100% works! My butt is so much bigger and the cellulite is gone. This is the greatest booty workout i've ever seen and i totally recommend it! Find your motivation and start building the body of your dreams! Go girls!!!!

I’ve been working out for about 4 months and havent really seen results till about last week. Ive always worked out without heavy weights or resistance bands.. and at home so no gym at all. I was so insecure and hated my body because i was kinda skinny without any curves. Ive always wanted to get thicker and i finally did! So glad ive started this workout and i know im gonna keep using it because this is sooo great. I wanna thank you so much for doing this. I can finally accept my body. (Yes my butt actually did get rounder and bigger and ive only started a week or soo!! Also my thighs are getting bigger as well..😏)

Baby you’re 12-13, your body hasn’t gone through the curvy stage probably. I got curves when I was 15-16 but track helped. Don’t you worry ❤️ you’ll get there

I did this yesterday for the first time and I was thinking "okay, this makes my thighs burn like hell, but I don't feel anything in my booty". I just woke up since yesterday and my booty never hurted this much 😂😂 for the first time exercises for booty, that really hits your gluteus! And I love it!!

This routine is so effective! I partnered it with glute activation exercises before starting, added resistance bands + ankle weights, and oh my god, I wish I had taken before and after pictures! THE GLUTE PUMP IS *REAL*

sorry. if you are a beginner your body may just need time to adjust. I used to feel the same way maybe not itchy but the rest yeah. learning to breathe was tough but you get the hang of it after a while. the allergy part is hilarious though lol. keep at it.

Day one of the workout was tough my legs were sore and I couldn’t walk for 2 days but I did it give up! I honestly love this motivation and you have kept me going I have been doing this for almost a month and within 2weeks I saw results quickly. Can you make a workout schedule for a week? I want to lose weight and gain muscles all over the body and I dont know how often I have to do each excersices. I was very sick the last years and had to stay in bed most of the time. So, I need to become fit slowly again.

Just tried this yesterday, kept up until the last fourth, but I didn’t stop, just went slower. Today I am pleasantly sore, not so much I can’t move, but enough to feel like I really worked those muscles. Will definitely be back to do this one again.
