What a beautiful, but sad, movie! Saddening to see what the previous generations had To go through.
And what the right is trying to bring back. People need to come out and not hide behind “unlabeled” labels.
Some people just don't need or want to and I applaud them for sticking to their guns and not getting caught out by those who think otherwise and some people still closet for their own reasons and its their life and choice to do this.

He was incredibly good in the movie… I have quibbles over two scenes only and I think that’s more on the director for not getting a better take or changing it in some way so they could.

@@Ju5tThatSaraH like Tom said " you ruined his life" and during the trial what she said (to redeem herself) made the things worse for Tom too..She was blind or selfish when she reported him..Idk..I need to read the book..btw this is only my own opinion..
@@mariateresamars I seriously think she believed that she was helping and didn't realize she would implicate Tom as well. She accted in affect and didnt realise the consecquences of her actions. Which was huge.Doesn't make what she did right. But as she was older she did what she could to change things. Although it took a long time. She did the right thing in the end. Doesn't mean I agree with her actionscener. She ruined all their lifes. The end was beautiful with Patrick and Tom ❤️. To bad they lost all those years together
