Your first experience with Ayahuasca sounds like Samadhi. Going to the original mind before creation. When you are all there is, consciousness is, but has no meaning, no sense of "I". Meaning doesn't exist until there is other or two and the invention of not me, that is, Mind/Mother/M matter/Maya/Mer/Mary/Mulaprakriti. Such a staggering blessing. Thank you for sharing; whatever your intentions were your experience went beyond them.

Ceremony starts just as soon as you decide to drink. I remember a week before a retreat the spirit of the plant went right through me, I could literally hear it rustling, as if it had leaves, and moved through my entire being sort of shuddering, I knew it was the plant and wondered if it was checking out my entire energy.
Wow!! This os profound, did u do meditation etc to feel Aya inside you before the ceremony?
I just had my 7th ceremony and it was profound experience.

This is quite amazing to me. I have always had an interest in the cosmos and I have always used the analogy of a life being created to explain it's beginnings. Just as there was nothing before the 'Big Bang" there was nothing until the sperm and the egg combined to form the cell reproduction process which creates and expanding entity.

I've read into buying it online but I think I'd feel safer if I done it at a retreat with people there who know everything there is to know about it
