This was a very nice build. Can you make a supercharger for it out of an old aircompressor?
trains to drive a tor in V only with the inlet rod control without chain
Suggestion for future Vlog:
Idol ilagay mo sa RC Car na owner type jeep yang makina na yan
makes an internal combustion engine using a refrigerator compressor and uses an electronic fuel injection system
you are smart kid build some engine from scraps
This is way beyond awesome. The simplicity of the carburetor is the icing on the cake. Well done, sir!
And is well balanced the time also is dead on great job
You guys take the weird mechanic projects in my head from my childhood and make them a reality and for that hats off to you guys
DDETOLL PANTENEE SAFE GUARD NEEM 3/3 H.BOERIIII GEL
Cam profiling with a grinder this time. Truly amazing, hats off to you sir! I love the simplicity of the valve train.
Sem dúvida funciona sim parabéns
Should be nice to have this guy as a partner in the science project.
Or Post apocalyptic
I'm convinced this man can turn any compressor into an ICE.
Outstanding, imaginative work, excellently done! I didn't think it would take long for the solder on the exhaust pipes to melt though.
It is a vapor type carburator so the heat that comes from it isn't as strong as a flame torch, that took a pretty long time to melt the solder, if it would be that hot, the cooper would turn black in a short ammount of use time and then would corrode
This guy is a freaking Genius. I’m wondering if he could make a Diesel engine out of one of those
The problem with a Diesel is the high compression you need, I guess. Requires very tight tolerances. But maybe I am wrong…? :-)
he already made a diesel engine out of an old dirt bike engine.
The problem I see is is that crankshaft probably won't hold up to a lot of pressure
Should be doable if you can get the compression ratio up. 25:1 would be a good starting point
@@jacobbender5449 its ok, anyway it is only for educational purposes on how the engine is working.
This is absolutely incredible! This guy can create a working engine out of just about anything. A pressure washer pump, car ac compressor, refrigerator compressor… like holy crap!
I love the repurposing of all the components to build this engine! Impressive manual machining skills as well. This engine bears a bit of visual resemblance to the original Wright Flyer engine... the world's first Aircraft engine.
Mind blowing! I was honestly thinking yesterday I hadn't seen you post a video in awhile! So happy to see this! Thanks so much!
My guy knows how to turn EVERYTHING into an engine, good job!!!!!!
I'm so excited to see these keep making more engines and variations
Crude and simple. Definitely not a powerhouse but it runs and that is the main point. Very nice! I wonder how much power it can produce?
Absolutely brilliant! Love the cam profiling tool (angle grinder). It may not run perfect, but the fact that it actually runs is amazing! Probably should have used silver solder on the exhaust to keep the pipe from melting out.😂
You are the most creative mechanic I have ever seen. Not only would I have not known how to do most of your projects I wouldnt have thought them possible. You are brilliant.
This is, in my opinion, " The Most Amazing ICE Builds Every Shared On UA-cam " ! The complexity of designing & creating all the timing functions( mechanical and electronic ) by hand; And for it to work so well is incredible. Thank you so much for sharing :)
The pickle jar atomization chamber was really cool see work that well! Honestly, three pistons, a crank and a crank case and you would have made an entire engine!
What I would love to see is a large home built hit and miss engine!! That is a technology that could be useful in poorer countries with limited parts and machining abilities and they are simple to maintain. What would you use for the large flywheel, a tractor tire filled with concrete? A large home made wood wheel with lead slugs to balance it?
Making one. Some ideas are here could be simplified.
With this video I learnt how an engine works. Thank you !
Very Impressive work, cant get over how well it ran at the end
The efficiency of that engine running in vapour is theoretically possible but you made it man
Project Farm did a really cool video testing his mowers on a vapor carb. It's worth checking out.
Great video, my only concern is the soldering vs bolting.
You could tell he was really running it because the soft solder on the exhaust side melted XD
This guy never fails to amaze me keep up the good work 👍
I also wanted to point out that the engine that he built looks similar to the engine That the Wright brothers used in their first powered aircraft
dude you are totally awesome. you even managed to do without black and blue smoke. great respect
Dudes a hell of a machinist. 👍🏼🧐. I still remember the first and second set of valves I lapped 390 ford 32 years ago, and a set of 350 olds valves abt 28 years ago. The time has passed so quickly.
I've been waiting for a new video. This is so awesome!! Now supercharge it. Doesn't look like it would be too difficult. Toughest challenge would be incorporating an intake manifold.
The imagination and idea by which he made those valves from bolts🤯
You overseas guys have some serious talent👍👍👍 greetings from American 🇺🇸
You are a talented machinist, and an exceptional engineer, very impressive!
dude this guy can make anything into a combustion engine. and it's empressive
And you can turn half of your engine into an air compressor for your air ride suspension, if you want!
I agree, this guy is indeed amazing. Not only is he talented at making things...
He also teaches people without actually speaking, no bs, just cuts straight to the point. :)
nothing worse than a UA-camr who loves the sound of their own voice
@@dontwobble Most learn to tolerate it, or ignore it. Few actually enjoy hearing their selves. Kind of like that 1 thing you want to change when you look in the mirror, but you stop bothering after a while.
Awesome video and thanks for keeping me humble by reminding me of how simple minded i really am! I started thinking i was a little above average over the last few years but now i can't remember why
This dude is a legend in my book, hands down. Great job my friend! Cheers from Brandon Mississippi!
Awesome! Thorough knowledge of engine construction needed along with fabrication knowhow in order to achieve something like this.
The part that needs the most precision and engineering was already in the pump, from the parts he made the hardest to do was the piston case.
The amount of creativity in this engine is astounding. Good work 👍👍
For some reason i picture this dudes car having a crazy homemade engine sticking out of the hood. XD
This belongs in a museum along with all of his other works of art.
You are one very talented individual.
I always enjoy your projects and videos
I love watching stuff like this it's awesome 👍 great job dude 😎
This guy is a genius. I think this would be cool to see on a motorcycle or a motorized bike of some sort
This is Insane at a different level. What a knowledge of engine ! I am extremely impressed. Salute from a mechanical engineer
This is extremely amazing. So much talent 👍🏻
Pretty damn amazing and it's just running off the fuel vapor which is a + 💯
How have you not got picked up by a major car company yet?!?! You would be an absolute AMAZING engineer! You could make a fucking engine out of a farther and pop can if you had to lol!!
Epic reuse and Repurposing built, thanks for sharing.
I'd love to design an engine with you someday.
Love the videos keep them coming.
Inspiring, very steam punk looking.
Sounds great.
I love this channel , he makes the impossible possible
Very good vaiya ,amader aro new abisker dekan , please

Dude.. i actually Learn a couple of stuff from this video. That carburetor looks brilliant
now this is something we dont see often , great keep doing new stuff
As a proof of concept it works, and its outstanding. Great work, you are inspiring, my dude :D I´d love to see a L4 engine with oil for the cams and a full enclosure, to have of course a proper oil circulation and extend the life of the engine. And, just out of curiosity, how many CC this L3 engine has?
Isso é incrível, parabéns 👏👏
mano, esse cara é um engenheiro!!!!!!!!!
You are absolutely amazing to watch!
I hope and wish in the future you can get a small engine dyno.
I bet again we'll all be astonished and amazed! 😅
the real clockwerk engineer..I salute you sir !!!
Parabéns ótimo trabalho sou brasileiro 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Eu também
I didn't imagine... Great job u done... Wonderful designing..
He really understand the concept of the engine. Nice work.

Wow I can't believe that actually works, you're very talented.
Me alegro mucho de que haya personas con una inventiva tan buena. Un aplauso para ti
Show ficou muito legal parabéns 👏
Get that motor on a Dino!!! Love to see the horse power it produces 👌 Great Job Sir 😉
That is amazing. Awesome job. I kept saying no way that should run but it does and in truth has too. Crazy. Well done.
Amazing as always! I don't think you know how to disappoint!
The connecting rod mods were a bit of a shock
Shock for me was the welded cam. how do you just go at and get the position, timing, etc correct?
@@StratocastRS it's not rocket science, and in this case it doesn't have to be precise. If it runs it's good enough. I'm sure it's a lot harder actually welding it together than figuring out the cams position/profile.
@@StratocastRS yea I don’t understand the cam
How did you figure the timing for the camshaft? It had appeared as though you just started welding without a thought as to where to put them.
King of handmade engine. Iam from indonesian following you master😊
Irmão parabéns vc e muito inteligente , gostei muito parabéns mesmo
let's make a 4 cylinder engine and feel the sweetness of the sound
Nice job ! I always wonder if is possible the opposide . to turn a car engine into hi pressure , hi-flow water pump...
Love to see the reuse of aluminium quick releases from a mountain bike be utilized as rocker arms, i think it'd look awesome
I want to see him make something that puts out mechanical work. And self sustained charge..
No doubt this dude is really smart and talented in machining and small engine theory but to see it run under a load and sustain would be really awesome and could be a big money maker for him
He made a motorcycle with the twin cylinder v compressor engine he made a long while ago
Another interesting creative engine model. Keep up dude i love your videos.
You never fail to blow my mind!
Damn, this is awesome. This guy make made a motorbike with his hands. and now 3 inline cylinder machine from water pump . He freaking genius
Freakin awesome man....love to see you do a v6 or v8!!!
Could you turn one of these small pumps into a Diesel engine by any chance?
not likely, diesel engines require rather high compression ratios, much higher than any petrol engine, the connecting rods (at least put together like this engine was) would be to fragile to handle that, the construction of the engine would have to be far, far better than this one for that to happen, if you could get it to run it likely wouldn't last for very long due to the stress on the components
Need more people like this in our world.
Third Video of your channel. At 1:50 I said:"Huh, I understand what you are doing. And what you are doing is genius!"
I've think you've done just about everything can you turn a hydraulic vane pump into an engine that would be a tough one
Wow! Nice! The compression ratio has to be 20to 1 or better👍
bro this dude should make homemade drift cars and and then race them, this is insane this guys has masterd the art of mechanical engeneering
This shows how simple an engine is in reality ! for those who think only car manufacturers can build one
It's important to realize that he didn't build these parts from scratch, he repurposed them. He took the finely made finished pistons from the swash plate pump and turned down their cylinders to make liners of the appropriate material and used the piston pump for the crankcase and short block. Fabricating the cylinder head and valving was really impressive, but he avoided a lot of the hard stuff to build -- which was the point.
Totally amazing. AGAIN.
There may be things I would question (solder on exhaust manifold), but his ability to make a running engine is not one of them.
NEXT: He makes a jet engine from a rock. 😀
31:05 when the exhaust pipe falls off 🤣❤️ (but still an amazing build)
The MacGyver of the new age hehe
hi,try to make an engine from a zil 130 compressor, it would be very interesting
🤣🤣🤣
@@pzm4420 ну а чё прикольно же,потом всунуть в зил и получится бензиновый пускач
wow this is a great idea to make your own generator at home. thanks mate, thanks to you i got a great idea
As someone who has an eye for fine detail and precision, this is truly a nightmare.
I'm curious as to what you do with these engines after the videos are done.
You re the Best homemade engeneer that i saw in My Hole life, the next, make a turbocharger into a reactor engine, like the engine that use the air forcé plane, u re My hero bro
Worked on a lot of these piston pumps. there 85% 2 cycle motor already so good choice.
nice littel 4 stroke. I am guessing 60ish cc. cool updraft carburetor. wonder what kind of power it makes.
Simply amazing! Very nice work.
That's why this man is called a Genius
I was certain this was going to be fake garbage, but was very pleasantly surprised! Great and clever work!
Fascinating! I love-loved this one.
that's great, mostly all home made... and when you see how hard it is to fine tune a super carburetor and yours is just a jam jar... it's very satisfying 😁😂🤣
You are too genius dude 😍😍😍
Maybe u can put alternator on it for next project & running it as long as possible.
Incredible! well done sir you amaze me!
