I really enjoy Vishen's original 6 phase meditation. This version is choppy and there's an ad in the middle...which is just jarring and rude while in a relaxed state.

Great concept! One suggestion: in the beginning of the meditation have the listener be aware of the phases ahead to be prepared mentally. As a first time listener I felt pulled which was uncomfortable instead of guided into the different phases.
Impossible to follow through on this recording as there is a loud advertisement interrupting in middle of Vishens otherwise genius meditation. I do not recommend this version/ seeing it on this channel because of the ad. Go find original version without ad. This channel is not for meditation but video borrowed and placed here to make money of the ads.

Yes.. I have the same experience. Few years later! Please change the settings to avoid ads in the middle

This is a great meditation but the ad ruins it. Many people have complained about it but you ignored a simple and logical request
Used to be my favorite meditation until they threw an Ad with full on party techno music at the 10 minute marks. It’s hard to come back from that.

Go to the end of the video, then back to the start. The Ad will be gone.
