PearlyGirl_fit please don’t advise anybody to use heavier weights than what the Zumba Toning program recommends as safe! Estela, no heavier than three pounds weights for a Zumba Toning class. Great routine!
Heather Rhodes thank you for the great advise Heather, that is great additional info. The toning routines I posted like this one are not a traditional Zumba toning routine. The title is more for click bate or what it can be used for. These routines can be done with or without weights and can be adjusted for all my Zumba toning instructors to make their own. (Per guidelines)I’m a group fitness instructor of many formats. Most gyms only have 2lbs then jump to 5 . If your doing anything beyond the two songs I posted stick to a lower range on weights for sure. Always listen to your body to prevent any injury. Warm up and stretch. I will definitely add that disclaimer in my video description. Thank you again ❤️ I appreciate all the advice and thank you for taking the time to watch.
