Love the home but my only problem is the tub inserts in the secondary bathrooms. Tile should be the only thing there for that price. The basement is an entire new house when it’s completed.
Very nice home. Just wish it were on a larger lot and had a 3-car side entry garage. With 6 finished bedrooms and a short, road-facing driveway, imagine the parking challenges if you have 4 or more driving-aged people living there and 4 vehicles.
Are you seriously telling thats all the countertop space in the kitchen?! The pantry is small. For that price I expected a more space.

Kitchen lacks counter space. Walk in pantry is laughable! Not a fan of the interior doors, narrow back deck, small backyard. Wood staircase with white risers would have been preferred at this price point.

Everything is cheap the countertop, appliances, tub inserts, to much carpet and the house is way…. Overpriced especially in McDonough

This house is way over price 🤦♀️ its too basic nothing scream out at me and too much carpet! Cheaply built only 2 car garage....everything looks standard but thanks for sharing
Too high unfinished basement
The way the stair case is made is nice…The microwave over the cooktop cheapens the house and too many walls to be a modern house…It looks like the house your grandmother has..,Also too much carpet upstairs….Carpet is too hard and expensive to maintain….

This one has got to be room for negotiations because this kitchen is big but not really much counter space, closet “pantry style” racks are just not 600+K quality, unfinished basement, no utility sink in the laundry room… the yard space is not super huge but who wants to deal with that. The house has great curb appeal tho. I wouldn’t buy at that price…no way bcz there are so many things needed to upgrade.

This house is absolutely beautiful
But miss me with those countertops and that Jack and Jill bathroom at least give it a double sink and they can change all the countertops in each bedroom and what's with those shoers walls and basement not finished. That's a BIG NO FOR ME
That pantry is wayyyy to small. The kitchen is missing something. Need more cabinets and more counter top space. The closesets are so small. Bathroom shower wall look cheap. It should've had a 3 car garage

It’s not worth the price. It looks dated for it to be nearly built. Like it looks kinda cheap. I can’t explain it
They way that deck is built it will be easy for termites to infiltrate the house.
