Hey everyone! Just wanted to fix a two mistakes I made in the video: The travel range for all the Jade switches is 3.5 ± 0.1 millimeters, not 35 millimeters. And the lifespan rating for the JADE GAMING switches is 100+ million keystrokes, not 10+ million. Apologies for the mistakes 💜
Just a minor thing regarding your comparison between mechanical and magnetic switches, the tactile feedback midway on mechanical switches depends on the type of mechanical switch you use: Clicky, Tactile, or Linear. Linear switches shouldn't have any tactile feedback midway and basically feel the same as magnetic switches. However, magnetic switches may still feel slightly smoother than linear mechanical switches due to the lack of metal leaf contact in the bottom housing. Edit: the wisteria switches you show in this video seem to be linear switches so im surprised you say that there is tactile feedback.
I would give the Geon Raws a try, they were far more consistent then the Jade Pros and an overall upgrade in every way. Their lubing is consistent, you can choose your out of box sprint weight, and they have the tightest tolerances of any HE switch i've ever used. As in stem wobble almost doesn't exist. I got them in the lightest weight.
Heyo, Great Review! I've had my Wooting board for a couple weeks now and initially got the Jade Max's. Unfortunately the Jade Max's have an issue where a off center key press especially when moving slowly like when gaming, the stem tends to stick to the sides of the housing slightly - which became a deal breaker for me. I received the Jade Pro's now and they are 10000% better in this aspect which a much smoother motion at any angle and speed. The only upsetting part is the coloring of the housing like you mentioned really not being good for RGB and the Jade Max's looked way better in that regard.
Oh that's a shame to hear about your MAX's I had a similar issue with my Jade Gaming switches due to their poor lubing, I wonder if their recent batches have some lubing issues.

Seems like some really thorough reviews. Good stuff. I will look into more videos later, ez subscribe !
I got the Magneto's just waiting on my Optimum Wooting to arrive.
I'm using the Gateron Magnetic Jade Pro Low Profile switches and I am amazed at how well they sound and feel.

Hi, Melon! Do you received Infinitymice Tora glasspad yet? Pre-ordered him 2 months ago and still no reviews around... Im confused
Not yet, I assume I'm getting one but no ETA sadly.
the audio is so quiet lol
Loud switches are completely useless for streaming, team gaming, office use or open plan living.
