I left Beijing for college in this September. Now I am in Waseda University. This is the report of the flight I took from Beijing to Haneda. ANA, JAL, Air China, and Hainan Airlines operates direct flights from Beijing to Tokyo. All of them offer flights to both HND and NRT except Hainan Airlines. They only fly to NRT.
If the ticket to Haneda is not much more expensive than ticket to Narita, NEVER fly to Narita. It is too far away from Tokyo. You need to take one-hour express train from the airport to Tokyo. This month it became more serious. Because of the damage caused by Typhoon No.15, the trains were stopped and expressways were closed. Lots of people must stay in the airport at midnight. However, if you go to Haneda, it's only 20 minutes of train from central Tokyo.
