I have found, most people are storing their lithium batteries indoors. For safety, and to keep them from freezing. So purchasing batteries, that you know, will never be below freezing, opens the door to cheaper, yet still quality batteries. Amperetime is one of those batteries. I love mine. Looking to purchase more for my rv, and DIY power boxes.
@@bigdaadio.K2WW If I am not mistaking, it has to do with the risk you're running while first disconnecting the positive terminal and accidentally touching with your metal wrench a grounded part of the structure or chassis.
@@martyh4777 You are correct but it's because of the direction the power runs. A/C current we switch the hot & D/C current runs the opposite direction so the negative should be switched. However I have seen more & more over the years more switching the hot with D/C current. I was taught the opposite almost 40 years ago & for good reason but technology changes & in certain situations it's impossible these days. I.B.E.W. Wireman
I have been happy with mine, I have 2 x 100Ah in parallel running my RV DC and a 300watt inverter for my Starlink internet 24/7, just wish they didn't disable the low temp cutoff in the BMS. I have a tank heater pad on mine for the 2-3 days it get below freezing here in Wittmann, AZ.
Yes no complaints here either. Check out my video for low temp protection if you need. It worked great for me this winter. ua-cam.com/video/COVAgO0_MnE/v-deo.html

I have 4 100ah ampere time batteries with 2000watts if solar wired in a 24v system and these batteries can barely keep my full size refrigerator running for a day without being fully charged Kind of let down to tell you the truth. The fridge I’m running is Farley new with energy saving mode as well so the most it draws is 100watt
I would charge each battery separately til they are fully charged. Then tie all the batteries together & let them set overnight without a charger so they equalize properly. Then hook the battery bank back into your charging system. This should fix it or you have a bad battery draining the others down. I.B.E.W. Brother 😎👍
Why title a video "review" ...You talkef about every damn thing except reviewing the battery .. showing me new inverters and plugs, everything but a review !
Thanks for the comments, I thought I did offer a review at some point towards the end. I’ll have to take a look, sorry about that and I’ll speak up too!

Better disconnect the negative connection first before disconnecting the positive.
Why?

What make model is low temp protection device?
What's the size of the wires you are using to connect the batteries?
I am using 2/0
You make me nervous getting that close to pos and neg terminals with that metal wrench.
Here you go.

Go through your system, something is a miss. 100 watt draw and 2000 watts of solar should run that fridge indefinitely.
Yeah something your doing is wrong.
