36 Minutes ago I discovered this cool UA-cam channel and I really enjoyed watching this history of a Gaming Mascot that seems so cool and I only got into the Donkey Kong games 5 months ago.

I like to play Arcade Archives: Donkey Kong Jr. on Nintendo Switch Lite.
Well, while Diddy Kong Racing was released first, both Banjo-Kazooie and Conker's Quest ( later renamed Twelve Tales: Conker 64 and transformed into Conker's Bad Fur Day where the character and the whole game made a major overhaul from family friendly to a South Park-esque adult game) were in production at this time. Also Tiptup didn't fall completely out of obscurity as he appeared in both Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie as minor character.

Should be noted Universal Studios parks have Nintendo content now as well which is crazy to think about
The DK 64 "bug" story is not true. The game was always going to have to use the expansion pack to handle some of the visuals.
There was a bug but Rare realized the expansion pack fixed the issue so they decided not to try correct the expansion pack was always going to be part of DK 64's release.
Matt McMuscles did a what happen video on DK64 which included the info.
Also Donkey Kong Jr. had a Game & Watch version too
Also the original Donkey Kong Country got ported to the Game Boy Colour after the Donkey Kong Land series, but prior to the GBA ports of the Country series
Lastly, Mario Vs. Donkey Kong had one more game released after Tipping Stars, that being Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge, released for the WiiU and 3DS in 2016.
I somehow TOTALLY missed DK Jr. Game and Watch and the GBC ports. As for Mini Mario & Friends - while it is technically part of the Mario vs. DK series, I think it leans more into a Mario game than a DK game but I could be wrong.
