"you've been shot!" "it's not significant"
I can see Michael Fassbender playing a young Herzog
It is exhilarating to be shot at without success. lol
Ah yes, Werner Herzog and his awkward references to 90s pop culture.
Anyone of these clips could be a thuglife meme.
“Nobody cares about my films, for example” *gets shot* is the most legendary shit in an outdoor interview since the Russian guy telling about a car accident before an identical incident interrupts him..
Rollins and Herzog. Love it. Great post, thanks.
lol he is naturally funny! the way he explains everyday life is funny! lol
This is GREAT ... thanks Mark.
Does Mr. Afred Smith cry in his pillow at night ?
he'd be great in a tarantino movie, delivering just the most dour, bitter, possibly while high monologue.
"And you will know my name is Werner Herzog when I lay my vengeance upon you!" in a thick german, slightly constipated accent.
georgekostaras He did have a pretty funny cameo in Harmony Korrine's Mister Lonely if that interests you. He played a priest that yelled at a bunch of nuns to drop rice from a plane. Listening to him scream is fucking hilarious.
Tarantino is not worthy to carry Herzog's spit cup. One's the ultimate artist - the other is an imposter/poseur.
georgekostaras Tarantino is not even worthy of his companionship
Unintentional asmr
What is Graeme Souness doing in the Jungle ??
Funny, Werner Herzog was a 100% right about an altered reality using WWE as an example.
“The 20th century was a mistake,”
Yeah, fair point. We dun goofed.
Too good! Well spotted!
Amazing soul
Genius editor. Excellent, Mark Towers.

Herzog: W R E S T L E M A N I A
4:59 did someone just fired an airsoft at him?
hahahahaaa
He reminds me a lot of JG Ballard here.
Should I tattoo Werner Herzog on my breast?

I’ve seen this guy so much but never realized he was such a pessimist. Also, la has no substance, lol
Love Werner, but for him to say the most substance comes out of LA? It also represents most of what is disingenuous in American society. He must've been a little high that day. I have to give credit though because he lives in LA, true substance exists there, but it's population:1- Werner Herzog.
Agreed. LA is vacuous and empty and concerned only with the image and nothing behind it.
looks like "the best" whining to me ...
