Meine apply kia h mail aya h application review kr rhe h but 1 din ho gya koi mail nhi aya application select hui h ya nhi . Still i can go for the interview
PhD means pre hire training in which those candidates who require a tiny bit change in their personality they get selected in the PhD and after that you are good to go.
