I think both. If he fixed his environment and mind and chose to become stronger he will not need a coping mechanism. If he worked on his self and created a system where he knows what to do when he gets a temptation. The Temptations will become weaker and disappear. Good luck brothers

ik this may sound like an excuse but im really sorry for relapsing over my momentary pleasures yk, since 2-3 days. lonliness and that crave to have someone loving by your side is so strong and i keep failing to deal w it. also sorry that i stumbled upon this video late or else i couldve made it out today, but im not loosing hope. i wont try but i WILL take purpose over simple pleasures now. i didnt have any place to vent this out so im writing it here....having all the purpose driven men around me. It took me a couple of years to find my purpose. If you chase pleasure, life is going to give you a reality check eventually. Marking all the goals on your weekly to-do list feels so much better. But dont forget to celebrate the small victories at the end of the week and be proud of yourself

my main principles in life
1. know when the time to start working. During those hours, work 100% and don't get distracted
2. know when the time you're allowed to unwind and relax. During those hours, enjoy activities that nourishes your soul and don't ruminate.
3. don't sleep late
4. don't jack off. that's your lover's duty. so maybe put that energy into finding a lover instead
5. exercise everyday. lift weights or just take a short jog.
6. read books instead of scrolling social media. hell, even a 150 page novel is good.
7. make a lot of money and save a lot of it.

I know I am a monster out here, intellectually and in the physical aspect. These thoughts are what weigh individuals down; I mean from the aspect of reference. We forget that progress doesn't have a direction, universally. It's about perspective. There is no intrinsic right and wrong, the thought most often must be = "Is it progressive to the vision?" In the moment, if the energy is masculine (to provide impact in the moment), it creates variables that you have to see. If the energy is feminine, it is to retract in the moment to provide impact in a further depth of time. You have to feel that in the moment and trust yourself to attract the derivatives in the energy of the moment. Keep doing you, bruh.

Hey Malique, i just recently started watching your videos and they've helped me get back into my grind mindset, but it has been mentally draining getting these things done when you have nobody to tell these things to or nobody to really talk to about your achievements and it all seems pointless sometimes when im doing all of these things, for nobody to see me become better. honeslty after writing all of that out i realized that its okay if nobody sees me go from my lowest to my highest self, I just want friends to build with and i dont have that right now. I will be talking with god until i find those friends or that friend who aligns with my goals and my purpose.

It’s like gonna be like an magnet. The more you become successful the more the universe is going to bring positive things/people into your life. I have no friends right now either but it’s cause all my old friends wasn’t aligned with my mindset. Just put your head down. All you need is these videos and journaling until they start coming to you because of your grind.
