I am a Catholic and I can totally vouch for the power of the Psalms. When my family prayed the Psalms daily, purple lights appeared in the room, and our psalm-beads' silver links turned into gold. When I prayed the Psalter at the tabernacle, gold dust rained down and my neighbor was a witness to it. :) The Lord is making Himself present in a supernatural manner to Gentiles like me and my family and my neighbors when we pray the Psalms fervently. Imagine if Jews pray the Psalms regularly and fervently. Another time, I literally received a golden heart jewel from God after praying the Psalms, and when I researched the hallmarks on the jewel, it pointed to a Catholic basilica in Arezzo with a medieval fresco on the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden and how its seeds passed from Adam to Seth and then was ultimately discovered by a tortured Jew and handed to Constantine. I have a Jewish friend and I need to remind him to popularize the Psalms amongst the youth because he shelved his music project, but he is super brilliant and talented and I know that he has the ability to gather the youth and get them to pray the Psalms again.
