PORSCHE 944 S2 HEADLIGHT FIXES

I love pop-ups. For some reason seeing the pop-up operation on lots of other cars I love it most on the 944. The motion, speed of movement is unsurpassed alongside other cars with pop-ups.
They're not without their problems though. The plastic securing parts to ensure the headlamps tilt accordingly do perish and eventually just break. Poor earths are also common problems.

Great video,, thanks. With regard to the ground wire, I found al 3 wires within the Porsche sleeving were damaged: the insulation was cracked, and 2 of the 3 wires were broken with age. (1988 2.5 n/a)

Ahhh interesting. The others in mine seemed ok. Without spending ages investigating I'm guessing the one to the light had just perished. Thankfully an easy fix and all to common on older cars. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers.
