Yeah, people have been saying Biff Byford sounds better than Rob Halford. I'm not sure where they're coming from because I'm just not hearing it myself 🤷♂️
i think half the argument is that Rob doesn't sound like the studio versions. c'mon hes like 70 odd and really has a wider range than Biff, and the fact the quality of Rob isn't being hit all shows swerves people's opinions by that video footage or live show, you name me a 70 plus year old who sounds just like the studio albums, no-one really, we are lucky to still have then about, i'll just enjoy the fact they're still here making music
