- Our president, Lynn Thompson bought the first knife that custom maker, Lloyd Pendleton ever made in 1973. The two friends have since gone on to collaborate on the development of a series of high performance hunting knives that bear Llyod's namesake.
When producing these knives, we endeavored to duplicate Lloyd's work as accurately as possible. Both the Pendleton Hunter's hollow ground blade, and the Mini Hunter's flat ground blade are honed to razor sharp perfection. The Kray-Ex handles cross sections and contours match Lloyd's handmade knives exactly, while their revolutionary modern materials keep your hands comfortable and safe even during extended use in the harshest conditions.
For further safety and durability, we dispensed with traditional leather in favor of Secure-Ex for the sheaths. This material won't rot or mildew and is far more resistant to cuts or punctures than a leather sheath.
Whether you're hunting the Big Five in Africa, Elk in Colorado, Moose and Bears in Alaska, or Whitetail deer in the North Forty, there aren't many things that will enhance your hunting experience more than carrying and using these superb high-quality hunting knives. -- They may be the perfect addition to any hunter's pack!

@@mattbowman3641 couldn't afford it if it was!! Believe me, I'm thru and thru cold steel!! right pocket cold steel tiger claw serrated, left pocket, cold steel tiger claw plain edge, 365, every single day, for a safety utility blades.
But, we all love them with factory fresh edges, I know I've spent hundreds learning the best way to sharpen for me.

Art Fierros actually that's why it's called "feather sticking" & not "curly sticking". All's your doing is creating "fuses" on the log to help it catch quicker. If you want a ball of shavings then get some grass or lighter material... Or watch a UA-cam video...
