question: we shouldn't be flexing the patient but setting them in semi-fowlers makes it a hip flexion doesn't it? Would it be better to place them in reverse trendelenburg in that case?

At 9:35 (ish), shouldn't it be c-spine, make sure bleeding is controlled, put on cardiac monitor, then CT? You don't give us the answer choices, only the "right answer". But if this was a real scenario, a rapid response would be called and that's exactly what would be done; c-spine, make sure bleeding is controlled (cuz ABC so bleeding control comes before cardiac monitoring), place on monitor, then off to CT the pt goes. Yes, simply what is first, CT or medication, then CT is the answer...but you go to explain things further and I feel like it's misleading priorities. C-spine, bleeding control, and monitor are done very quickly/simultaneously by at least 2 people, and I know NCLEX will love to ask what comes first even though they're done simultaneiously, but I ordered it how, at least how I believe, it should be done based on priorites for safety. And it doesn't have to be done by nurses either. A tech can hold c-spine/place a collar, control bleeding, and place a monitor on a pt (not actually do the monitoring, but simply placing the on it) because they should be trained in those basics (at least ALL the facilities where I live all the techs know how to do that stuff, and I live in a large(er) city with LOTS of hospitals).
