Great vid! You’ve addressed the Z3 upgrades perfectly. I test drove one when they were out and felt it needed the same things that you’ve done to yours. I never bought one, had a Peugeot 306 Rallye instead which was a riot!

Nice work Adam. Did Michael get a fine or warning? Suggest a roll bar on the Z3 if you like performance driving, after all it can be so easy to misjudge or get caught out on public roads and an open top could be a load of hurt.

Well done, love the choice of car you've made. Didn't expect you to be an oldschool bmw enthusiast after all the videos i've seen with you and Michael. I have a bmw e46 330ci supercharged as well with same supercharger but its an ESS kit not VF.
I believe yours has m52b28 engine which is the 2,8l . Great gains for the little z3, im sure it feels a lot better now ;)
if you feel you need more power you can fit smaller pulley and get it re-mapped in VF engineering again, this engines could hold 350-400bhp comfortably without any issues.

Adam Swords perfect to keep engine Temps down as this kit does not feature intercooler. I am trying to make a custom intercooler and put a smaller pulley to get me to 400 bhp as the e46 is heavier than the z3.

I love the canyon sleeper! Definitely get a boomin system and when you get bigger rims, you have to upgrade the brakes, lest you cut rotor life in half.
Hah, yeah bigger brakes are on the list.
How is the sub frame, rear end and transmission holding up? I thought about adding forced air induciton on my '98 2.8L roadster, but people told me that the drive train won't hold up and the sub frame would require reenforcing.
Subframe/diff mount is the only real problem with the z3's. Yes, welding in some reinforcement is a good idea.

Adam take out the supercharger!Stick a turbocharger in redo the internals cooling systems downpipe and intercooler my friend you wouldn't really have trouble keeping up with the R8. NOTE= BREAKS ARE VERY IMPORTANT 🤣

Your sunglasses are fully sick, also that’s amazing gains for an exhaust. Also also 280 at the flywheel is amazing. Is it an m52tu engine in your car or m54? Maybe at a later date go e36/46 M3 engine. Can use the same supercharger kit and make mega power with a few other mods
