    Ini namanya ikan tembang atau ikan krismon. Ikannya murah banget 25.000 sudah dapet dua kilo. Ikan ini sebenarnya daging gurih dan wangi. Tapi banyak yang nggak suka karena durinya banyak banget.
    Aku bakal kasih tau gimana caranya ikan yang murah dan banyak duri ini jadi makanan yang super lezat dan bebas duri. Untuk anak-anak aman banget.
    Siapkan 2 kilo ikan tembang, buang Kepala dan kotorannya. Lalu rebus sampai matang.
    Dinginkan, setelah dingin buang duri Tengahnya aja, duri yang kecil-kecil biarkan saja, hasilnya seperti ini, lalu sisihkan
    Sekarang siapkan bumbunya
    200 gram cabai keriting
    100 gram cabe rawit
    200 gram bawang merah
    100 gram bawang putih
    10 lembar daun jeruk
    Bender semua bahan bumbu pakai air, setelah halus langsung di tuang di wajan lalu di sangrai.
    Setelah bumbu, langsung blender daging ikannya dengan air.
    Blender sampai benar-benar halus, lalu tuang di wajan berisi bumbu tadi.
    Ikan dan bumbu di sangrai bersamaan sampai airnya berkurang banyak.
    Tambahkan 4 sendok teh Kaldu ayam bubuk
    1½ sendok teh garam
    Masak lagi sampai airnya kering lalu tuangkan 1 liter minyak.
    Minyak di masukin pas airnya udah mau abis supaya nggak meletup2 keluar wajan minyaknya nanti
    Lanjut di masak terus, kalau minyaknya sudah masuk harus sering di aduk supaya nggak gosong bagian bawahnya
    Kalau gelembungnya masih membentuk lubang2 besar tandanya sambal ikannya masih ada kandungan airnya.
    Lanjutkan memasak dan sering di aduk
    Kalau minyaknya sudah berbusa, nggak keluar lubangnya, ini artinya kandungan airnya sudah habis tinggal ikan dan minyak. Warnanya juga Aduk2 dan masak lagi selama 15 menit lalu matikan kompor.
    Tunggu sampai benar-benar dingin, sambal ikan siap di kemas.
    Kalau untuk di jual bisa di kemas menggunakan toples atau botol kaca seperti di video. Sebelum di isi sambal pastikan toplesnya steril.

    Rasanya mirip banget sama sambal roa, cuma yang ini nggak ada aroma asapnya.
    Sambal ikan tembang ini selain di makan langsung pakai nasi aja udah enak banget.
    Di buat cocolan singkong goreng enak banget. Buat di makan sama pisang goreng ala Manado juga cocok.
    Atau di dadar sama telur tambahin Kaldu bubuk sama kecap manis mantab.
    Di makan sama nasi anget telur dadar udah pasti nambah2
    Untuk nasi tambahan bumbu nasi goreng juga enak banget.

    After the seasoning, immediately blend the fish meat with water.
    Blend until completely smooth, then pour into the skillet containing the spices.
    Fish and spices are roasted together until the water is reduced a lot.
    Add 4 teaspoons of powdered chicken stock
    1½ teaspoons salt
    Cook again until the water is dry then pour 1 liter of oil.
    The oil is added when the water is about to run out so it doesn't explode out of the oil pan later
    Continue to cook it all the time, if the oil is already in, you have to stir frequently so that the bottom doesn't burn
    If the bubbles still form big holes, it's a sign that the fish sauce still contains water.
    Continue cooking and stirring frequently
    If the oil is frothy, holes don't come out, this means that the water content is gone, all that's left is the fish and oil. The color is also Stir and cook for another 15 minutes then turn off the stove.
    Wait until it's completely cold, the fish sauce is ready to be packed.
    For sale, it can be packaged in a jar or glass bottle like in the video. Before filling the chili sauce, make sure the jar is sterile.
    Do you know Sambal Roa?
    The taste is very similar to Sambal Roa, only this one doesn't have a smoky aroma.
    This tembang fish sauce, apart from being eaten directly with rice, is really delicious.

    Trima ksh resep nya kk saya suka krn klo k bali sy selslu cari nasi ini biar sedikit tp resanys mantap bukan krn murah nya tp rasanya ok banget
