You are correct about the housing market, even if/when the rates do come down sometime in the future, it will just drive the prices higher. I am looking for an upgrade on my house soon and its only been 20 months here. Would be my 5th personal house purchase and I just turned 29 and in less than 10 years. Riding the market up. Good luck.
