His focus on culture and effort will pay dividends quickly. The shitty players will be gone on the next two transfer windows.

I liked him as a player and get a very good vibe from him as manager. Now the board just needs to get him two quality defenders and a quality midfielder in January and Arsenal might be playing in Europe next year.
