Hello from England and thank you for sharing. I’m amazed at the good quality and low price of your local stores. We can’t get healthy convenience food easily in the UK, it’s mostly fatty carbohydrates like sausage rolls for hot food, or the same sandwich flavours in almost every shop and they are mostly high in fat too. A croissant takeaway is typically £2.75 as the cheapest ($3.40) or £3.45 in all the shops in my local town. But then we have the most expensive electricity prices in the world in the UK, so shops have to make everything so expensive.
