I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes...
@@zubairadamu2477 The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

You do not need to know Greek to buy a property in Greece. Local lawyer or a real estate agent can assist you. Feel free to message me and I will put you in contact with trusted ones. My contacts are in the video description.
The video was filmed a couple of months ago. They had several small units priced in the region of €250,000 and a bit higher. If interested, contact the developer to see what's left.
What number on Akti Moutsopoulo is these apartments being built shown in the video???? is that right near Egeos by Atlantides Travel??? Are they up to new building 'earthquake codes???
Yes, and you can apply for Golden Visa straight. Two of my clients have already done. Contact me via What's App wa.link/1tzkrx or Telegram t.me/sergeysander and I will put you in contact with the developer.
Sorry but you are IGNORRANT. The minimum salary for inexperienced persons entering the job market (like for instance starting a job behind the counter at McDonald's), as well as for immigrants currently is at 780 euros/month and as of April 1, 2024 (in three weeks from now) it will rise to 830/month with the target of reaching 1,000 euros in two years from now as Greece is the second fastest growing in the EU and among the top ten fastest growing economies worldwide. So much for the minimum lowest salary in Greece. Meanwhile, the average, mean salary though not very high, currently stands at 1,270 euros/month with the governmental aim (safely predicting due to the high growth rate of the economy) that in two years from now it will exceed the 1,500 euros/month mark and by the end of the decade (in five to six years maximum from today) to be well 2,000 euros/month.
@@ΔημήτριοςΒασιλάκος-β3λ where are you getting your stas from wikipedia? Inexperienced or exprienced "universal workers" get 20 euros a day. Graduates (lawyers, nurses, accountants) earn 780 euros take home pay with social security & insurance.Their pay will rise the longer they stay employeed in that field. An immigrant in the feilds or washing dishes may work for 10 euros a day. Greece has no economy & never had as it is still developing. greece salary only around €700/month how to afford apartment? (and tax is super high on the level of west europe, so nobody has money leftover)
Unfortunately, this property is not social or affordable housing. It is luxury apartments for foreign investors or the hospitality industry.
700 euro is the entry level salary.Ofcourse you cannot afford a house with the minimum wage anywhere in the world...
Plus if someone makes minimum salary they do not pay taxes. Do your homework better random commenter dude.

Piraeus is not at all attractive and there are many nationalists (Golden Dawn supporters) in that part of Attiki who don't like foreigners.
