  • This video consists of a series of workouts to specifically work the muscles in the hand and make your hand thicker. Your hand will not grow overnight and you need to work the hand muscles pretty much daily to see any growth. I’m living proof that you can grow your hands as long as you stay dedicated. #armwrestling #armwrestlingtraining #handstrength #gripstrength #musclebuilding #rockclimbing #devonlarratt

With that being said you are a better arm wrestler and if you have the time to blow up your had specifically and you find benefit in it, far be it from me to argue. I would be curious if you have found it useful in your development and how so?

I like your creativity. I like to check in more. Just subbed. But, Please change that happy monotonous song playing over the workout. Almost better without. Or with some more aggressive tunes. I have some thoughts on this since I am experimenting with a lot of different stuff as well. I like those thumb grip machines. Are they from Russia? Dennis sells them. Austrian Robert Baraban as well. You can also do Reversed (Opposite down) grippers with thumbs also. You can easily tear the thumb up. Just had half year break last year from injury doing reverse curls with bands on the bar and sticking my thumb under because it was Yule evening and not thinking straight. Was bad and had to grow together over many months by itself. Had injuries there before in my long life from fighting also. The fingers have bigger feasted muscles up the forearm than the thumb funny enough. You can also do the belt to attached pulley thumb exercise for bigger thumbs. You know it? Pinching will give muscles as well as extension movements. Build more layers unto the palm and handbag. But working with vector wrench from Ryan Bowen or some Amazon in America has them also. They put huge effort into the hand containment/not to slip. Meaning that you can attach to the pulley or use a loading pin and holding unto 75mm without flipping or opening the hand, is giving the thumb huge blasting in the fibers I noticed. I use them and gone tiny away from pinch only. I also have hand machines and all sorts of strange devices not seen to most mortals:) But you go about the matter good and try your best. It's what it's all about. We all try. BTW. If you want to build thicker fingers then get hold of BSS device, called the Stirrup. I use one of those and they increased my finger size over just a few months doing 1/2 times a week with a sick load. made my gold rings not fit anything other than my little finger pinky. You can get one for 35-40 dollars over there from their page in TN. The name is BSS-Barrel strength Systems. I got more problems with tax customs here. Greetings/Denmark

Thanks so much for the comment. I am familiar with the vector wrench and use it quite often. Also I will check out those BSS attachments, they look pretty cool. Glad you enjoyed the content, also I like heavier music too, just trying to stay away from copy right claims

@@KevinPalkoArmwrestling Ohh I understand brother. I am a former drummer in some metal bands. Like it also:) I've bet you knew the wrench. Yes, the BSS device helped my fingers getting really thick. Worth checking out. You have an excellent channel and many good creative inputs and I get good ideas from it. I Checked some more of it out. Real Solid. Stay in contact. Hails.

It's very hard to grow the hands. They key is do this all days, all time, for long time a day. in the hands we have very little muscle tissue, so it is difficult to go to stimulate. In fact, except the genetically lucky ones who have big and muscular hands without doing anything, the people who have the biggest hands are bricklayers, lumberjacks, miners. Who does manual labor 8 hours a day.
