Want a Stronger Grip and Bigger Forearms? Use This Product (Pinch Grip Block From Proper Savage)
My review of the pinch grip block from proper savage. Basically what this product is, is a wooden pinch block that can be put on to any type of bar, such as a barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell or pull up bar.
In this video, I perform a few exercises with the pinch grip block such as Hammer curls, reverse curls and pull ups.
At the end of my video, I do a small review on the Proper Savage pinch grip blocks and let you know where to find them.
check out propersavage.com or find them on instagram at 'Proper Savage'

For some reason you can kinda tell if someone’s good at arm wrestling based off of there arm frame and muscle tone. If they have lanky arms with low muscle tone they are pretty easy, but people with bigger forearms and larger biceps with thick hands are pretty strong. If someone’s really fat, typically they are easy compared to built people of there weight and size. I can kinda just tell instinctually for some reason and is pretty accurate indicator of who would win unless it’s 2 experienced arm wrestlers.

I feel like there’s people who have skinny arms but pretty good side pressure, and big guys with weak side pressure. But also big guys who are extremely hard to beat and small guys who are easy to beat.

This looks like a very well rounded workout. Ive heard that the forearm muscles respond best to moderately heavy weight in the high rep ranges but 100 reps seems high. You clearly are finding success in it though. I wonder if the bicep responds the same way. All the same thanks for the video!
