There is an emerging possibility that a wonderful sahaja yogi, Mr Philippe Bremard, may buy the land and start the project as he has great expterise in such matters. Please consider sending me a message showing interest and ideas as soon as possible as he needs information on interest level for his investment.
For my part, as I have divorced recently, my land, house, garden adjoining would be made available for the project as a Donation. I do not make any profit from any part of these initital ideas and neither would Philippe Bremard as the financier.

This podcast is for yogis who are getting on a bit and realising that many retirement options in the UK and other countries are not very attractive, as they simply put the "old folks" into a strange money-grabbing nursing homes and forget about them. Elder yogis should be looked after by younger yogis as well. This is dharmic and is central to Thai Therevada Buddhism principles. So if a living collective is formed and small houses are built for us to live together then many good things can come out of it:-

Lower energy costs, everything is shared. Here we are near cafes, shops and many interesting places. All within easy access distance. Warmer climate and better health as a result with no freezing Winters. Easy living, safe local people, good food, and very low staff costs. Interesting tropical gardening. The Gulf of Thailand Sea where we live is just down the road.
Adventurous travel plans, short distances to local countries such as Vietnam and Cambodia, all part of the ancient Indo cultures. Wonderful places to visit in Thailand
Good dental and hospital health care. Dharmic society,
And so many other things including places for your families to bring their children for lower cost holidays
