I have multiple pelican cases with nalpak inserts for customs and I put knives in tip down vertically. if it has a lanyard, then I put it in tip up and lay the lanyard flat horizontally. Ive only got a couple with lanyards though, so pretty much all tip-down. Ive got a custom ADV Ronin and it's awesome! Great video as usual, Dirk.
Hey NZ Nic, thanks for sharing your hoard 🙏🙏🫡🫡 Wondering whats the carrying “rule” in the cities in NZ like?? Similar or more relaxed compared to Melbourne Aus?
@@mikeyeh7646 Hey there buddy!!! Knife carrying laws in NZ are really bad, we are prohibited from carrying any knife at all without a "valid" reason, i.e. If you are going fishing, you could carry a "fishing" knife. Also, no autos allowed at all.
I just love that Acid Rain anodization. Reminds me of my ADV Scavenger.
Great looking knife !!
Great looking blade!
Managed to snag one of these grails, impresive and precious. The acid rain is just magical.

It's so shiny! Very pretty finish & love the blade shape. Lots of great details. Thanks for sharing!

Really cool looking knife…when traveling blade down in a case…cool knife! I need to start looking into South African knives…
Good looking knife i love that blade grind
Cool knife and clip mechanism. I just throw my knives in a pouch without thinking.
Very cool! Great video 👍
I dig the good they used. It looks like it'll age over the years
Blade up , pivot down blade facing me
Good review buddy, the finish is called Acid Rain, I think from memory it was around the $700 mark.
